This was our second stay at this hotel with our dog and it won't be our last. Staff are friendly and accommodating and the room was clean. We were next to the stairwell which was convenient for us and our dog, however there were children running up and down in the stairwell late at night making a lot of noise for 10 minutes or so which woke us and our dog up. Other than that, our stay was great. Highly recommend taking advantage of the breakfast if you are staying there.

Lovely spot and very impressive breakfast. We appreciated how clean, quiet and new everything felt. I will say the pool is the tiniest pool I have ever seen and this meant we spent very little time there. It was overrun and impossible to get in the pool as it was body to body with screaming children the entire time. I had thought the pool would be a great feature but we felt unable to use it at all. That’s the only disappointing aspect of the stay.

My issue wasn’t the room itself but the description online. My “city view” was the side of the building and the “accessible room” was the standard king sweet. the hotel itself was clean and staff were very friendly
