This stunning villa offers a convenient location just 7 minutes from Cruz Bay, placing it within easy reach of restaurants, a grocery store, and beaches. Ideal for a family of four, it boasts spacious accommodations featuring both queen and king-size beds and a full bathroom. Guests can enjoy the convenience of free parking and WiFi during their stay.

There is an onsite property manager available to assist guests if needed during their stay.

There are several transportation options available on the island. While taxis are available, taxi rates on St. John can be costly depending on destination, luggage, and number of passengers. We strongly recommend reserving a rental vehicle for greater convenience and flexibility during your stay.

Please note the home is located on a hillside with a steep driveway, which is common on St. John. Some taxi drivers may choose to drop guests near the entrance rather than drive directly up to the home. Public transportation can also be limited and unreliable, and there are no direct bus routes to the beaches.

Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. As part of this process, Truvi charges a separate, small insurance fee directly this is not collected by us. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text with simple instructions. Completing verification before arrival ensures a smooth and efficient check-in experience.

This unit does not include washer/dryer access. A nearby laundromat is available if needed during your stay happy to recommend one.

1. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration for other vehicles in the driveway.

2. Check/In time is 4:00 p.m. and Check/Out time is 11:00 am.

3. No beach shoes inside the home.

4. No smoking inside the rental. Smoking is only permitted out on the balcony. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray.

5. No parties or events.


6. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. The maximum property capacity is 10 people. Guest will be charged a fee for any additional guests.

7. Quiet time after 11 p.m.

8. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room or Kitchen area.

9. Please wash your dishes and dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.

10. No pets allowed.

11. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.

12. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to rental.

13. Please take care of the furnishings. Guest will have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.

14. Please don’t move or rearrange the furniture.

15. No illegal substances or activities are allowed on the premises.

16. No Exception To Check-In and Check-Out Times Unless Discussed With The Host In Advance.Any requests for a late check-out will be subject to approval and may incur a 25 feefor each additional hour beyond the designated check-out time. Please confirm any late check-out requests at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability

17. Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony in the front and back of villa.

Convenient, clean, with ocean view

We had two couples staying here and it was perfect. Less than 10 min from downtown, right off one of the main roads. It was clean, comfortable, and had a small deck with cozy chairs where we enjoyed the island sounds and an ocean view. We would definitely recommend this place!

St. John in the Hills

We had a late arrival due to flight issues and met our hosts upon arrival who kindly helped with luggage. After a long day of travel, it was nice to be able to fall into a comfy bed. This is an older property with new furnishings so we appreciated the newer sofa which was also very comfortable. It’s obvious that the hosts want you to be able to enjoy the beach with chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, insect repellant, and even mask defogger in the cupboards. We planned to do some meals “in” so we appreciated a full spice rack to dress up chicken and fish. We did all of our cooking on the stovetop as we didn’t see any oven pans and it appeared the oven had never been used with brackets still zip tied to the oven rack. Also provided were coffee and tea supplies which made us note the attention to detail.The home is located off the main highway on a steep driveway (not uncommon on St. John) which makes access to Cruz Bay easy but also has some traffic noise which we remedied with a sound machine app in the evenings.We had some trouble with the Wi-Fi which only seemed to work sitting at the kitchen counter barstools.On the whole, a good property which would work for 4 people as it is spacious and convenient.
