Expansive Island Chain Views! Lunazul Cottage, 2BR/2BA

Enjoy unobstructed views of the sparkling water from every room. The expansive terrace is perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail while taking in the mesmerizing scenery. The Cottage features two air conditioned in-suite bedrooms with baths. The bedroom on the main level is a King and on the lower level is a Queen. Both have comfortable furnishings, each designed to provide a tranquil retreat.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, including a stove, large microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. If you prefer, we also have a large outdoor gas grill. Relax on the comfortable couch in the living area to take in the amazing views.

The covered patio area is perhaps the favorite place to unwind with a table for eating and comfortable chairs to soak in the sweeping 180 degree views of Coral Bay, Norman Island, Tortolla, and beyond.

You are provided with a clothes washer and dryer, filtered/UV drinking water, and full Solar energy ensuring you will never worry about island power outages. We have wifi and streaming tvs in both bedrooms and the living area.

Feel free to utilize the provided beach chairs, floats, beach towels, and cooler when you head to any of the many beautiful beaches St. John has to offer.

You will be less than a three minute drive down to Coral Bay with its restaurants and grocery stores. Lunazul Cottage is on a paved road high above the beautiful Caribbean waters. Parking area is provided with a walk down stone stairs to the Cottage. To achieve a view like this, it is important to be able to navigate stairs comfortably.

Whether you are snorkeling in vibrant coral reefs, hiking through lush trails, or sailing to nearby islands, St John offers endless adventures right at your fingertips.

Incredible Stay

Lunazul Cottage was the perfect home base for our trip to St. John. It’s quite the drive up from Coral Bay but well-worth it for the view! We really liked how secluded it felt—you can’t see any of the neighboring houses from the patio. The cottage was super clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for our vacation, from cooking supplies to beach chairs and a cooler. Considering how expensive everything is on St. John, it was great that we only had to buy groceries. AC in the bedroom worked really well and the ceiling fans kept the living room pretty cool. It was also very convenient to have the washer and dryer to refresh our beach towels. And the property manager, Kelly, was super nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

Awesome views

The best part of this place was definitely the views from the covered porch. The porch has couch and table seating which was perfect for coffee, meals, and just enjoying the view over Coral Bay. The AC in the bedrooms worked great and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. Highly recommend this spot for a couple or two couples.

Unforgettable Stay in St. John

We had a wonderful stay in Lunazul! The cottage was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed! All the provided amenities, like beach chairs and ice chests made our trips to the beach easy, and there are so many great beaches nearby to choose from. The best part though, was the stunning view over Coral Bay from the balcony…the perfect place for morning coffee and sunsets. I would highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Amazing stay!

Thank you so much for the great location and place to stay! It was perfect for our first time in St John’s! This side of the island is a bit quieter and close to some great beaches such as Maho with the turtles! We will definitely be back!

The best views in Coral Bay!

Lunazul Cottage is a gem! My wife and I went with another couple and had a fantastic stay. The kitchen was well stocked and patio had plenty of seating to eat or relax. We ended up spending most of our time there because of the views. The washer and dryer was nice to wash our beach towels halfway through the stay. Loved the space and look forward to coming back again soon!

Magnificent

I have stayed on the island before with family and friends, but found this little gem which I believe must be new to VRBO, because of the frequency I have stayed on St. John. The cottage was very private and spotless. We were met by the property manager who was very gracious and kind. Even the owners responded promptly to our confusion with directions it was very unexpected and I was truly thankful! TheCottage was so nicely decorated and everything was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and anyone who is looking for privacy and a great view! There definitely were a few stairs, as posted in the description of the property so I would never complain! It truly is a magical place! Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home.... I WILL BE BACK!!!'

Stunning views! Lovely property

A quaint 2 bedroom overlooking the beautiful Coral Bay and the BVIs. Plenty of room for 4 guests. Clean, well stocked, and had all the amenities needed. AC unit was a lifesaver! Property has solar so was never worried about a power outage. Highly reccomend this property, we will be back!
