Margaritaville Vacation Club - St. Thomas
"My stay at Margaritaville St. Thomas was one of the most disappointing resort experiences I’ve ever had. There was absolutely no housekeeping for the entire stay — no cleaning, no fresh towels, no basic room upkeep. It felt like the resort had completely abandoned even the minimum standard of guest care. The situation was made worse by the unwelcoming, uninterested, and unprofessional staff. At every point of contact, it was clear that guest service was not a priority.I strongly do not recommend staying here, and my entire party agreed that we will never return. From the employees sleeping with their heads in their hands on the coffee shop counter, to the rude bar tenders at the top pool bar, they just didn’t care about the guest experience. Probably because there is a 18% gratuity built into everything, they have given up trying. The location may be beautiful, but the service failures were so severe that they overshadowed everything else. There were two standouts for the entire week, Neal, one of the golf cart drivers was amazing and Alise at the restaurant bar was so friendly and accommodating."
