The host and amenities were outstanding. The only issue I encountered was an unannounced visit from someone claiming to be from a pest control service that worked for the property. What I love about the property is the privacyat Casa Carolina. Overall, we had a wonderful experience during our stay, so much that we booked 3 weeks next year before we left. Perfect setup for a small family

We had a great experience here and truly enjoyed our time. The house/setup was perfect for our small family and the location was convenient to coral bay and many of the beaches. We would love and hope to come back again!

A great Coral Bay trip

Perfect Stay!

The property was exactly as listed! The property managers had great communication and a greeter was there to meet us right off the ferry from St. Thomas. Stunning views and a beautifully landscaped property. I would highly recommend this villa.

Perfect house in Coral Bay

Casa Carolina is a beautiful house with great views. Close to the north side beaches but with a spectacular view of Coral Bay. Both bedrooms are very comfortable and the kitchen/living area is very comfortable.

Our family enjoyed everything about Casa Carolina. The kitchen had everything we needed, the location was great and we used the pool every day when we got back from the beach. The view can’t be beat! We would highly recommend this villa.

We loved the house. We went out on adventures during the day, but also looked forward to returning to home in the late afternoon for a swim in the pool and to cook a great meal together. Would highly recommend this place.

Amazing property

We just got back from staying here for one week. The views here are even more amazing than what is shown in the photos. The villa was perfect, clean, spacious and had everything that we needed. The location was perfect and just a short drive to the North Shore beaches and to Coral Bay. This villa made our trip AMAZING!!! We could not have picked a better property!

Spectacular view!!

We had an amazing week at Casa Carolina! Nestled into the hillside and overlooking Coral Bay, the perfect space to relax after enjoying a day snorkeling! The house had everything we needed and most importantly was super private. Communication from the team at Unique Island Assets was next level and they even helped us book an amazing day Charter to the BVI's weeks in advance!

Amazing view and amenities!

The property manager Tori was very helpful in every way. The views of Coral Bay were stunning, including sunrises. Place was clean with nice towels, bed linens, toiletries, etc. Outdoors there was an amazing pool, plenty of quality furniture, covered patios, and a Weber grill. They even had beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for guest use. Highly recommend property!

Gem of a house and location

This is a brand new, well stocked house with amazing views of Coral Bay. It was our first time staying on this part of St John and it is really convenient to the north shore beaches and Coral Bay. The house was big enough for a family of four (2 bedrooms so one of the kids slept on the pullout sofa in the living room). Three bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, AC, medium size pool, barbecue grill, washer/dryer etc. Coral Bay has several restaurants and two grocery stores although not quite as well stocked as the Starfish market in Cruz bay. Super easy check in and check out with a concierge to call with any questions regarding the house, restaurant recommendations, etc. I would definitely stay here again. This is a much better deal than staying at a hotel with more space and privacy. Highly recommend.

Amazing indoor and outdoor space with an amazing view

Very impressed with this property. Indoor: large kitchen island is amazing for gathering. Very well stocked kitchen with lots of extra storage for food and your own things. Living room furniture is comfortable. I had no issues getting wifi connection and worked a few days (zoom, teams meetings) with no issues. Both bedrooms, washer and dryer are accessible from the outdoor staircase to ground floor. Master bedroom was roomy and mattress was great. Second bedroom has an outdoor shower. Outdoor: the 270* outdoor patio/porch was amazing! Soo many options to sit, swim, eat, layout, and gather. Gas grill worked great. Driveway is a steep drive up (like everything on the island. Like the liating suggests, rent a jeep :)Hosts were super responsive and checked in on us to male aure all was great.

Absolutely a 12/10! Very clean, spacious, new, with an incredible view and outdoor area!

Absolutely a 12/10! We loved our stay and couldn’t have chosen a better location. The view is beyond incredible and the photos do not do a justice. Everything is new, clean, and in great condition. The bedrooms are spacious and both balcony areas are very large, as is the pool! We spent mornings at different beaches and every afternoon at the pool. Having beach towels, beach chairs and coolers to use during our stay was a huge plus. It made beach days so much more enjoyable! We loved being on the quiet side of the island and the drive to north shore beaches was just as close as if you stay in Cruz Bay. The owners and all workers are extremely helpful, kind and friendly. Look no further, you will not be disappointed! We’re already missing this Paradise home.

Absolutely Perfect

Where do we begin… Casa Carolina was simply amazing and we can’t wait to go back! Starting with check-in, Kyle met us at the Cruz Bay ferry dock, picked us up and drove us to the Jeep rental. From there, we followed him to Casa Carolina. He was super friendly and always available if we needed anything. The house was beautiful, endless views of Coral Bay from any room. Everything was extremely clean and there were lots of towels in every room which was nice. They had everything from beach chairs to snorkel gear to beach towels. I wish we would have spent more time at the house but we were out exploring the island as much as possible. Every night we would end up for a swim in the pool and enjoy a cocktail on the deck. The driveway is super steep but you get used to it after a few times. Can’t recommend this place enough to friends and family.

Great breezes and views!

After gunning the car up the driveway you arrive at a great new addition in Coral Bay. The pool is the perfect size and shaded areas next to the pool and on the other side of the deck make it very pleasurable to sit outside all day. And I mean all day and night. We barely sat inside the entire week we were here! Coming in July there are almost no bugs, but the breezes at the home kept the minimal bugs that are here, at bay. Inside the home was clean and open and fully stocked. Pictures of the home and views are 100% accurate. Only thing to note is that the bedrooms are not connected to the main living space, and are downstairs. Not a bother for us at all, but if stairs are an issue, it may be something to consider. we loved this home.

The Perfect Villa

We had a great stay at Casa Carolina! There was a total of five of us that stayed for a week (me, my wife, my parents and our 7 year old son). From the booking to the departure of the island, everything went smoothly. Great communication between all parties to make a very easy vacation. The property is situated high on a mountainside with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and Coral Bay. It’s location makes it very easy to get anywhere on the island, especially Coral Bay and the beaches. After long days on the beaches or on a boat, the pool was a perfect place to hang out. Even just relaxing on the large porch that wrapped around half the house was a good way to end the day! The villa kitchen is well stocked with all the tools needed for any meal during the day. There is even a new gas grill located on the pool deck. Plenty of space in the beautiful kitchen or living room to hang out or prepare for the day. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and spacious and made for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this property to any family or group of friends looking to rent on St. John! We can’t say enough about this property and hope to be back soon!

Perfect place to relax

House was amazing. We were reached out to promptly after our plane landed and greeted when we arrived in St. John. Home is located on the quieter side of the island about a 25 minute drive from the ferry. The roads are steep, narrow and windy, take you time and you will have no problem. House was very clean and well equipped. The view from the 2nd floor pool and deck is out of a post card. As a previous review stated you never get sick of the view. We would enjoy breakfast on the deck and afternoon swim and cocktails by the pool after visiting one of the many bays. Night time star gazing with many stars and shooting stars. Hosts were very responsive and although we really didn’t need anything they did get back promptly with any questions. House has beach chairs and a cooler for use during the stay which was really nice. 5 minute drive to the restaurants in Coral bay. Did not eat a bad meal in coral bay, must eats are rhumb lines, skinny’s, miss Lucy’s and johnny lime bbq. Also must hit on the way back from the beaches is daisy drive shaved ice. Delicious! Very short drive to Maho Bay, which is one of our favorites. Home has adequate signage, no problem finding after initial tour. Only thing worth mentioning on the home is to go back and forth from the bedrooms to the main level is that you have to go outside and up/down exterior staircase. The bedrooms are on the lower level and do have their own locked entrances from the lower terrace. This setup isideal for two couples sharing the house, may not be ideal for a family with small children. We managed just fine with our 7 and 10 year olds that shared the guest bedroom. Plenty of lighting and no issues navigating at night. We would not hesitate an will book this house again for our next trip to St. John. We have traveled to many Caribbean islands and st John , coral bay now tops the list. Would highly recommend this house and hosts.

Really special place. We booked this place for the view, and we were not disappointed. It never stopped astounding us. The outdoor space by the pool is so open, yet feels very private. The kitchen is well stocked with quality cooking utensils, stone dishware, etc. The sofa is surprisingly comfortable. The property runs on solar so you're not affected by St. John's notoriously unreliable power grid. Driveway wasn't as bad as I was expecting given all the reviews on it -- with a 2 door Jeep we could drive straight up no problem. The place was very clean, inside and out-- like, very clean. This place is taken care of and it shows. Nice provided pool towels and even chairs to use for beach trips. Now for the few things we didn't love (but weren't major issues at all): - There is no indoor access between the bedrooms and main living area. Maybe it was, but I didn't remember reading anything about this on the listing. It was only an issue for us when we wanted to go between the kitchen/living room and the bedrooms after dark. St. John has a lot of bugs, so you get pretty mobbed and have to try and keep the bugs and mosquitos out each time you open the door. - The bedrooms, which are on the lower level, have a bit of a musty smell going on. There are a few deodorizers around, but they weren't really cutting it. - The pillows on the beds have no redeeming qualities. I can't think of a way to spin anything positive on them. Very small and flat, which was surprising given the quality of many other things in the property. By the end we were pretty stoked to sleep on our own pillows and bed at home. - Personally we really didn't like the process of having to meet with a greeter at a different location on the island first who we then followed up and gave us a tour of the property. I can understand that maybe the place would be hard to find for some if you don't have GPS, but we didn't see any value at all from the greeter. It just delayed us being able to relax after traveling. Would be awesome if that was optional. - Living room TV is quite small. I know that sounds like a lot of negative, but on a property so great the few things that aren't perfect tend to stand out. We absolutely loved our stay.
