I had a bad experience ever at this hotel. They did not have the room I booked available. They offered me a credit for the valet parking (worth of $40 per night) and then they proceed to charge my card for those 40$ per night. I left one day earlier because of the unpleasant experience and after arriving home I found out that they have made an additional charge of over $400 to my card. I called them and they claimed to be a system error. What was supposed to be a Happy Year End experience became a nightmare!

I booked the Renaissance because it’s slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the main square, yet still part of the Historic District. The hotel, itself is lovely and has great amenities. The bed may well be the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, and that counts for a lot after a long day of exploring. The staff could not be more friendly or helpful i would definitely recommend it to any one visiting Historic St. Augustine, FL.

Horrible stay on my anniversary. No water pressure and the water would not get hot. Bed was terrible like laying on plywood. Pillows should be thrown away because of the lack of filling. It was like sleeping on a dish rag. TV remote did not work at all. Honestly I have no idea how anyone could be happy with this establishment.
