With elegant laminate wood floors throughout (no carpet!), light neutral décor, and soaring ceilings, the space feels bright, open, and welcoming.
The fully equipped kitchen features ample cabinet and counter space, an eat-in breakfast nook, and a separate dining room—offering plenty of seating for family meals. A dedicated office or den with a queen-size sofa sleeper provides the perfect flex space for remote work or an extra guest, making it ideal for "flexcations" or quiet downtime with a good book.
Enjoy Florida’s beautiful climate on the large screened lanai with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining area—great for entertaining or relaxing with friends and family. The split floor plan offers privacy, with the spacious owner’s suite tucked at the rear and two additional bedrooms at the front.
Stay connected and entertained with a 70" and 38" Smart TV, both equipped with Roku (guests may log in with their own streaming accounts).
