Honestly we didn’t have the best experience, the AC in our room leaked our entire stay and it soaked the carpet in the room and ruined some of our clothing that had to be thrown out…When we notified the front desk staff they never sent anyone to come and look at the issue. I’m just very disappointed, definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

First room rsvp smelled so bad like animal urine, and chemical smell. Had to be moved. The 2nd room moved into seemed fine for 5 minutes until the A/C busted. Had to be moved to a 3rd room. That room also smelled, but not as bad as the 1st one. The halls to the elevator also smelled like moisture and mildew.

Well, it wasn’t great . When we went in the door to the front desk, we waited about five minutes for anyone to appear and she finally did. She was chewing her dinner kinda act like she was upset because we interrupted it and I really saw anybody at the front desk or anybody doing anything all night or the next day
