Great Accommodations!

As advertised: Beautiful property – very clean & well kept. Perfect location with wonderful views overlooking the marsh (gorgeous sunsets). Beds & and pillows were super comfortable. Hosts were readily available, responsive & accommodating. Very much appreciated the Welcome Book – great info and local recommendations! Easy check-in/out process. Definitely Recommend!

Relaxing getaway just off the main drag

We had a wonderful stay- comfortable beds and soft linens, home was super clean with lots of amenities. Loved all the windows and natural light. Just a few blocks away from the Main Street with bars and eateries!

Amazing property!

New, clean, great view, walkable to everything…what’s not to love? Came to visit my Flagler student and to see the lights and couldn’t have been happier with this lovely home. Comfy beds and all the amenities and the property managers were so easy to work with and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Hurricane Hospitality

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at 194 Riberia. The house was well equipped, the views of the river are spectacular, and the location is ideal for being within walking distance of restaurants and sightseeing spots, while still being on a quiet street. We had the misfortune of timing our stay during Hurricane Debby, but Andrea and Danny checked on us and went above and beyond to ensure that our trip was a positive experience. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we visit St. Augustine.

This is our second time staying at this property and we have come to think of it as our home away from home. The property owner is very responsive, and the wetlands behind the property make the porch the most relaxing part of our vacation. Love this home!

Great Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine and appreciated a wonderful place to call home for our adventures for the week. Wonderful back patio to enjoy the weather and each other’s company. Highly recommend this house and it is in walking distance to all the city’s attractions and ten minute drive to the beach!

Lovely home. Well appointed kitchen. Only major complaint is the master with the en-suite bath is extremely small. Really too small to store our luggage. Since there was just the two of us, used the second bedroom as our “changing room”.

LOVE this gem!

This was our second stay and we’re already dreaming about coming back. The location is fabulous… close to great restaurants and access to everything while having a desirable connection to nature with the marsh/intercoastal waterway behind it. As a bird lover, I was over the moon with all the species right off the back porch.

Beautiful marsh views

I agree with the previous reviews - the house is pristine, comfortable, and walkable to St. Augustine’s many unique attractions and incredible restaurants. Personally, the marsh views were my favorite part. I brought my binoculars and watched ospreys, roseate spoonbills, egrets and many more types of birds go about their busy lives. The marsh changed with the tides, so the “show” was different every day. The lovely sunsets were an added bonus!
