Pool was dirty, no toiletries in the room, no shampoo or conditioner or blow dryer. Key cards would stop working for the room at random times. Limited breakfast but they did offer vouchers to Denny’s unfortunately we don’t eat at Denny’s. FYI NO ELEVATOR

This property is owned by the hotel across the parking lot as well. While checking in my grandmother was questioned about whether the two small dogs we had were service animals and how they provided assistance to my granddather. NOT LEGAL. My grandfather is a veteran, and without said, has issues that are better with the animals. Educate, then respond accordingly. The room was large and clean but the hideaway bed was uncomfortable. There is a lot of traffic in this area and homeless but we felt safe and were not bothered. Lots of restaurants near bye and shopping. Nice pool and towels were fluffy and clean. Best online price for amenities.

We arrived at night and there were many people loitering in the parking lot which had us feeling a little uneasy. The parking lot had lots of trash strewn about. We loved the breakfast vouchers, the stay was quiet and room was slightly dated but clean. We would stay again. Prices on Expedia were much less than booking online or via telephone.
