First of all, the staff we encountered were great, so the review is not about them.
The noise was the real issue throughout our stay. The walls and ceiling are paper-thin — we could clearly hear conversations from the guests next door, from the room above us and in the hallway. If you're a light sleeper, be aware that you're essentially sharing a space with your neighbors.
The air conditioning was another problem. It's incredibly loud. It made it impossible to sleep with it running. In warmer weather, that puts you in an uncomfortable position: sweat through the night or lie awake listening to the AC. Neither is a great option.
I expect more from the brand Hilton and at $400 per night.
