Summary: Sea Breeze Paradise is a newly renovated home. A paradise for those of you who want to enjoy the sun and fresh air with ease. When you rent this house, you will feel like you're away from it all, very private! It sits in a lovely, quiet neighborhood setback with amazing water views throughout the entire backyard.
The Space: The patio on the waterside and water views are to die for. Enjoy the water views from many different angles. You are able to do so much when you stay in this 3-bedroom home that sleeps 6. Across the lawn, there is a separate guest house (no bathroom in the guest house). It has sofa beds and a game room office.
If doing nothing is what you prefer, you can lay in the sun in your own private yard in the summer months or sit and relax, with a glass of wine that you just brought back from one of the great vineyards. There are 2 vineyards a few walks away from the home. The one-woman winery is within walking distance as well as the local farm stands, and restaurants. The stores are within 1-2 miles of groceries, and they deliver!
We have the highest-speed internet for you as well! Oh, and did I tell you, just walk right down the block to enjoy time at the beach! Just beautiful. This property is available for rental all year round!
