It's a beautiful location. Our room had some mildew in the bathroom from the Cleaners missing spots. Not good sign. AC was absolutely atrocious. Had then send a tech to look at it. He closed the service call with no Remedies. Could not get the room warmer than 75 the whole trip. This is the second trip at zermatt where the ac sucked. It's enough that I don't wanna go back there it was so miserable tey8ng to sleep.

Communication solves all issues

I came for an official trip. Considering the nature of the trip, this was prudent to have a good night sleep and comfort to get recharged for the next day. After I made reservation, I made a phone call and requested for a room of my choice . I am so glad that all my requests were understood and considered. The front desk is super helpful and all the members of the team are friendly and knowledgeable. I am glad that I chose to stay at Zermatt.

Great location for golfing many different courses. The hotel is quaint and cute. Really my only complaint was the swimming pool outside was very dirty on the bottom of the pool rocks and such. Also, the Jets in the hot tub did not work. Overall, I would stay again

Our room was in what they called the first floor but our window was like what you would find in a home with a basement when you looked out you would be looking at peoples feet. The phone in the room didn't work the hallway carpets were extremely worn and coming apart. We will never stay there again for what we paid.

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. This is our third stay here in 2 years and all three times there is only one working ice maker and this particular visit it was on the fourth floor and we were on the second. This time last year we were on the first floor the only working ice maker was on the third floor. I think it's time to splurge and get new ice makers.

Our window had no lock on it, As a woman that is a non-negotiable. We had no remote and they did bring one to us. The tv looked like a tiny computer moniter, no way to stream or rent movies, so you are stuck with whatever chanels they have. Beautiful room and amenities. Need to fix the windows.

My room was nice but it had a bad smell. I didn’t ask for another room because I thought they were full. After two nights, I couldn’t take it anymore and they gave me a new room and said they’d put that room out of commission until they checked into it. They didn’t offer any compensation. My charging cord on my phone gave out. I asked at the front desk if they had any extra ones. They said they did but they couldn’t let me borrow it. They said I could leave my phone with them and they’d charge it. I felt that the customer service was lacking considering the price of the rooms.

Welcome to 1992

I am not one to leave reviews, but this experience mandates notice to other travelers… I did not think this resort was that old, but the entire experience felt like we were staying in 1992… I reserved what was described as the penthouse suite… That would imply that you’re going to have a roomie comfortable Semi modern room at worst…, The air conditioning would not work. It was extremely noisy… The room is relatively small versus the description with a lovely view of a parking lot… Would definitely not recommend… On a positive note the front desk staff was at least friendly. The general area is very beautiful… Absolutely time to update this property or bulldoze it and start over.

Restraints and bakery weee closed for the two days we were there. This one the swimming pool floor was so rough. You couldn’t walk on it without it hurting your feet. They were painting the shuffleboard court during the time we were there so we couldn’t enjoy that game. We mattress was very soft and the pillows way to thick. On the hole we really didn’t have a very good anniversary.
