Southern Pines Townhouse

We arrived to find a beautiful townhouse that was clean and comfortable. WinWin! We didn’t use the kitchen except for coffee but it seemed to have everything I would need to prepare meals. We loved being able to walk to town for meals and especially loved Ashton’s, Betsy’s Crepes and Chapmans.

Stay in southern pines

Home was advertised and a very convenient walk to downtown southern pines. Very clean and well kept place. Only downside I will say is the parking lot is very dark at night. I would still stay here again

Came to visit my son who is in the Army. Loved everything about this townhouse. It was in a great location. Walking distance to town with many great restaurants. Host had many amenities including coffee bar and toiletries. Would come back again and again

Great home, great location

Very clean and wonderfully furnished townhome. Communication prior To visit was very thorough and we had no neee to contact property manager. Unit supplies all that is needed for your stay. We stayed 4 nights to enjoy friends and golf. We will definitely be back!

The town house in Southern Pines is wonderful. Well decorated, many thoughtful touches and very well stocked. We enjoyed walking to dinner and the golf courses near by. Will return.

Wonderfully furnished

The condo was amazingly ready and furnished to allow us to just arrive and very comfortably live for the few days we were in town. Besides being very clean, thoughtful conveniences like coffee flavoring were included to make it feel like a good friend let you stay at their home. The walks to nearby breakfast, the park and library made for a very restful visit.

PERFECT!!!

Can’t say enough good things! From speaking with Gordon, the owner, to Sunshine, the property manager, to the cleanliness and attention to detail, this was the absolute perfect spot for us!! Communication was prompt and informative! We didn’t need much but, when we did, we were attended to with courtesy and care! I wish we could visit more often! When we do we will 100% be calling on Gordon to stay there again. As the title suggests…it was PERFECT!!

Sandhills visit

Decent property in a nice location close to old Southern Pines. Could use a bath mat in bathroom, Patio area needs clean out and grill needs cleaning in greasy trap. Kitchen could use a digital thermometer and a small scale. Kitchen chair rail should be extended to complete "the look" not just on one wall. For our purposes the property worked very well.

Pristine, though fully appointed unit, with all those little details that are so appreciated.

Never rented a unit so thoroughly appointed. The kitchen is ready for serious cooks; the baths have everything waiting for you that you could have forgotten to pack and the rooms are just lovingly detailed. We wanted for nothing and enjoyed being a short walk from charming shops and eateries. Wonderful time!
