In serious need of a remodel. Bed linen was stained, felt dirty. Room looked very beat up. Door to room didn't shut properly. Light switch appears to be a fire hazard. Bathroom was clean.pool area looked nice.

Bit out of the way

Mid range hotel about a 15 min walk from Middleborough train station. behind a McDonalds couldn't see a lot else nearby for food. Seemed to be used by workmen there was a lot of pickups and vans in the car park. It's a bit out of the way but reasonably priced for Boston area, which I have always found expensive.

Hotel is under renovation, while there are signs of renovations being made, it did not make the stay uncomfortable. The rooms were clean, though they need to give more towels and washcloths. The front desk person was gracious enough to change our rooms closet together, instead of floors apart, which I appreciate.

Staff was nice and check in and out were easy. There was a sign that said they are undergoing renovations which was not made clear beforehand. The pictures show a nice hotel and this was far from that. The building reeked like marijuana from the moment you walked in the door and the staff didn't seem to care. The room had a funky smell but I couldn't place what it was but it was not good. The blinds were the cheap temporary kind that were broken that took 10 minutes to get to go down and we didn't feel we had privacy when once they were. The parking lot didn't feel safe. There was a sketchy guy out there and we were a bit afraid for our car. We were too scared to eat their free breakfast and just got out as fast as we could. I hope they can do their renovations and make it a nicer hotel but right now I would stay away.

The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good My room was not great. There were fruit flies in my bathroom, it didnt look like my room had been dusted or swept, there was something sticky on the lamp( which didnt work) next to my bed. The room also had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I ended up wiping up the sticky stuff. I understand that they are in the process of remodeling.

Will Never Stay Here Again

Upon arrival the Quality Inn sign was still out front, which initially created confusion about whether or not I arrived at the correct place. Inside the main lobby there was a sign about renovations When I inquired, I was told they weren't starting them until 5/12/2025. The lobby floors were stained; there was a smell in the hallway. The room itself, there were stains on the chair. When I stopped by the front desk to ask for a couple more pillows I was told that housekeeping was closed, and they couldn't provide them. Later I asked them for an ice bucket since there wasn't one in the room, and they went and got one from another room. When I checked out, I wasn't given any written confirmation that I had checked out at the required time.

Overall, not too bad issues with the TV constantly saying no signal on channels and sometimes the only way to get the channel to come in was the punch in the channels instead of hitting the up channel a down channel button it said it had a hot breakfast there, but there was nothing hot not a deal break
