I believe this is a relatively new rental in the group. We experienced several issues. Upon arrival, the TV in the main living area was missing. We contacted the owner and he responded immediately noting the prior tenants broke the TV. He had it replaced within two hours. We discovered the third bedroom was in a loft area that was accessed only by a metal spiral staircase as you enter the front door into the living room. That might have been fun for teenagers, but we are an older couple with guests our age. Again, the owner was very responsive and moved the bed to a sitting room on the main floor. There was an ant problem in the kitchen, which was addressed quickly and we had to spray a fly nest in the garage that had caused excessive flies in the house. The Keurig Single cup coffee pot worked fine with the exception of notices it needs to be descaled. The house was fairly clean, but the stove needed some extra care. The pool was large and heated to a perfect temperature. The location was convenient to both downtown Southampton (10 mins.) and Sag Harbor (20 mins.). The area is very quiet .We believe this is a great house for families with teenagers and younger.
