The house was very welcoming, very clean and very well stocked. There was every kitchen gadget imaginable. We also loved the grill outback and the outdoor areas were amazing.We enjoyed the games in the game room lots of laughs had and memories made there.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing beach vacation!

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The home was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. The pool was perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The location couldn't be better—just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The house itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a great getaway. We also brought our two Schnauzers and they seemed to enjoy the home also! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing beach vacation! Host and SPI Rentals Team were great too!

This property was perfect for my family's weekend getaway. It had literally everything we needed, and the multiple phone chargers around the house were a plus! The beds were comfortable, showers great, and the backyard was perfect for a barbecue. We did walk to the beach, and it took us less than 10 minutes to go from the house to getting set up on the beach. We will definitely be returning to Carolyn by the Sea!

Great rental with great attention to detail. All your needs are taken care of and then some! Exceptional games, puzzles, kitchen ware. Inviting pool with a gorgeous backyard. Easy access to the beach and awesome home for the family. Highly recommend!

My family and I recently stayed at a rental property that exceeded all expectations. The unit provided all essential amenities, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The swimming pool was a fantastic feature, offering a refreshing escape. Furthermore, the location was ideal, providing convenient access to local attractions. Overall, it felt less like a temporary accommodation and more like a home. Me and my family will definitely be back.

great SPI beach side house

Loved our stay, kitchen was well stocked, kids loved the popcorn machine. Can't beat the location, we will be back!

Excellent Beach House

The house was excellently maintained and provided everything we needed. It is within walking distance of the beach and local shops. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Amazing time!

We had the most amazing time. Everything was so beautiful. The house was amazing. It was stocked with games, an amazing kitchen with an ice cream maker, a beautiful swimming pool, a game room and two wonderful seating area's. The SPI team was alway's there to answer any questions or concerns we had. We will definitely rent from SPI rentals again in the future.

Wonderful property

The property was wonderful. The location is perfect, with quick access to the beach and within walking distance of a local market and several restaurants. We loved our stay and definitely will considering coming back!

Wonderful Rental in South Padre Island!

We loved our stay in SPI! The house had everything you could possibly need for a fun vacation at the beach, including a great pool and patio area. It was perfect for a group gathering and so close to the beach. Also, SPI Rentals were very responsive to all our questions and concerns. This is definitely one of the nicer places I've ever stayed, we'll be back! Highly recommended!

Super fun time down at the beach

We had a wonderful time at Carolyn by the Sea - being so close to the beach and having easy access was great for early morning sunrise walks. We spent a lot of time at the pool - the backyard space is so beautiful and relaxing. Can't wait to go back!

Phenomenal Property

We really enjoyed the house and the pool was perfect. I loved the decorations throughout the entire house, it sure added to the beachy feeling in the house. Plenty of room to hang out and have a good time.

Great Getaway

This is the second time we stay at Carolyn by the Sea! The home had everything you need to relax and have fun! It’s close to a beach access and walking distance to Wanna Wanna beach bar and a grocery store. Kitchen is equipped with dishes, pans and appliances (blender, keurig, toaster, air fryer, etc.) Check in was easy and stress free and property manager was quick to send over a plumber when one of the toilets wasn’t working (quick 15 minute fix).Our family really enjoyed the game room! They had darts, ping pong and a full size video game! The pool was clean and sparking! We love staying here and will definitely stay again!

This place felt like home. The beach, the pool, the location. They provided everything we needed and then some. Three minutes from the beach and chillin by the pool in the evening. We are already planning our next visit to this beautiful home!

Lovely place to stay

This was our first stay, and we had a great time! Very close to the beach and our kids loved the pool. Everything is decorated so nicely and the owners really thought of everything. The only suggestion I have would be to move the king size bed into the master bedroom. Thank you so much for letting us stay in this spectacular home!

We had a great experience, more than enough activities than time to enjoy! From ping pong table to games to karaoke machine and the pool! Best of all quick walk to the beach and made every sunrise most enjoyable!
