The Space:
This bi-level condo is the perfect retreat to unwind and enjoy the best of South Padre Island. With a perfect mix of comfort, style, and convenience, you’ll feel right at home while having access to amazing resort amenities for the whole family.

As you step inside, you’re greeted by an open, light-filled living space that’s perfect for gathering. The fully-equipped kitchen features shiny stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and dishwasher to make meal prep a breeze. A cozy dining area awaits with a plush table for family meals, and the breakfast bar with cushioned bar chairs is perfect for quick snacks or working on your laptop.

The living room offers comfortable sofas and a large wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV with cable, so you can kick back and enjoy your favorite shows or movies after a day of exploring the island.

When it’s time to rest, this condo has three cozy bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 guests. All bedrooms come with Smart TVs for entertainment. Two of the bedrooms are located on the main floor:

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. You’ll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too!

- Please note that the condo is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in.
- All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted.
- The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed.
- BBQ grills are available in the designated “Palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay. Max two pets and no more than 75 lbs./pet. Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, on top of fabric or on comforters.
- Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.

Interaction with Guests:
Once at the complex's entrance, give your name to Security. They will provide you with the keys, wristbands and parking passes. You’ll be required to wear your wristbands during the entire stay.
