Wonderful stay at the beach!

We come to Padre regularly and this was one of the best trips! The weather was beautiful and we had a great view of the beach. Also the launch of the SpaceX rocket, when we woke up to the entire building and windows loudly shaking. We didn't know what was happening but we went on the balcony and had an awesome view of the launch. So that was a really cool surprise. Scary at first, but a good story! Our part of the beach was really relaxed and not too busy. The pool and hot tub are great and the condo was clean with a good layout. We will book again in the future it is available.

Great family stay

Everything was amazing. A lot was provided at the condo such as towels and other beach items. We rated check in with 4 stars since we didn’t receive an email with check in instructions until we got there. We did get help from the office staff, who took care of is very quickly.

Fabulous Stay at Sea Vista!

My family and I recently stayed at this 3-bedroom Sea Vista property and it was an outstanding experience in every way! We LOVE Sea Vista because it is on the quieter south end of the Island, is not too crowded, is very well maintained and is steps away from the beach! This is the 4th time we've stayed in a Sea Vista unit managed by Becky and Mark Weise and all of their units are 5-star! This unit had a fabulous panoramic view of the Gulf and the beach in both the living area and the master bedroom. The unit was very tastefully decorated and obviously recently remodeled. Beach chairs, towels and other beach accessories were provided, along with starter supplies of the basics (including laundry detergent, dish soap, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, etc). We had no reason to contact Becky and Mark during our stay, but we know from past stays that they live on site and are incredibly responsive and helpful should you have any sort of issue! I highly recommend any of the Sea Vista units they manage!!

This place is as advertised. It was spacious. We were allowed to have guest, as long as they checked-in, parked in the designated parking area, and were gone by 11pm. Parking is tight for trucks and large SUVs. The pool is near the entrance. Although this was an old building, it is well maintained and clean. It's wheelchair accessible. I preferred the stairs over the elevator. This place had a lot of extras. In addition to having a full kitchen, washer and dryer; there were beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. We were literally a minute walk to the beach. It was great watching the sun rise and set rom this unit. At this location you are in walking distance to the beach, gift shop, waterpark, food, dolphin boat watching.

Great!

Great beach front condo right on the gulf. We experienced no problems or issues with our stay. The condo was well outfitted with everything we had a need for; including a myriad of beach accessories. What a great time with our kids & grandkids. Looking forward to our next trip already.

Great location

We had a great stay on South Padre. The property location is amazing - since it is at the South end, you can walk on the beach to the county park, watch fishing on the rocks, and see boats and dolphins in the pass thru. Unit has a great view, bedrooms are large, and kitchen had everything we needed. Living/dining space is a bit cramped, but worked fine for our group of 4. Property is well set up, including a nice pool area and easy gated parking. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Awesome Location!

Absolutely wonderful Condo! Great view, Location to Beach. Even sitting on the Balcony was awesome, watching the waves crashing in the beach. Lots of Shell searching and Ghost Crab searching! The Pool was nice and warm and the Hot tub was Hot. Could have used better pots and Pans. Would Definitely rent again. Lori H.

Beautiful Condo!!

The condo was clean, it had all the amenities we needed. We had a group of 8, and we were all comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and a beautiful balcony view from our condominium. The beach was a just a few steps away. All very convenient. Becky was amazingly accommodating, answered almost immediately if we had any questions. This a well kept and clean condominium. You will be pleased. We definitely will return and plan to use this as our little getaway place to come and unwind.

It’s one of my very favorite places to stay. The amount of space basically on the water is rare. It’s so well stocked with everything you would need for the beach. The hosts have thought of everything. We will be back!

Location location location!

Traveling to the beach with family friends and this unit has EVERYTHING we needed for the 7 of us! The view was impeccable and the short walk to the beach made our beach time so easy. From beach towels, sand toys and all things beach, the owners also provide everything needed for cooking and relaxing. When I reached out to the owners for clarity and restaurant recs, they were quickly responsive and accommodating. A+ all the way!!!

Amazing trip and perfect condo

Renting this property was fast and easy. It is the perfect location looking right atthe Beach. Couldn't have been any better size for our group of 8. We had a blast and will definitely use this condo next summer for our family vacation!

We love staying at Sea Vista. This was our second time, first time in this condo. Listing was very accurate. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Becky did a great job of answering questions for us.

Excellent Stay at Sea Vista Condos

Rental of this property was quick and easy. Quick response from property owners on any questions or concerns I had. There was no hassle checkout too. Felt very safe in this gated community. My adult children had so much fun making more memories not only with us but with their significant others as well! The condo was exactly what was shown in pictures and the perfect amount of space for us 3 couples. Plenty of beach space and was a very short walk from condos. Locals were very friendly and very hospitable. There was plenty to do in SPI! Will definitely be back and will rent a Sea Vista condo again!

Just right for a week of play

Easy to get too, close to where ever you plan to go. View of the beach and sunrise was great. Property was clean and ready for us to relax in. The closet with all the extra beach supplies comes in handy! Extra chairs, umbrella's, shovels, etc.

Perfect Place to Enjoy the Beach!

Everything about my family's stay exceeded expectations. The condo was clean, the check-in process was quick and easy, and Becky was exceptional. There was one issue with the dishwasher, but Becky took care of it quickly and ensured it did not intervene with our vacation. It is the perfect place to enjoy SPI. The location is perfect because you bypass most of the traffic; however, it is a very easy/quick commute to the shops/restaurants. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit!
