A great rental for a short staycation it has all the amenities and toiletries that you will need! If you like firm mattress this is the rental for you! . All you really need to do is pack your clothes ! And enjoy yue relaxation! The host also had great communication!Also includes beach chairs umbrellas, air mattress and portable fans to plug in the wall!

Perfect setting

This was my first time in years staying at a property other than a beach home or vacation home. From the location of the room, the amenities, access to the pool and other places, it was the perfect setting for a summer vacation. I truly enjoyed my stay and will be visiting again.

Just pack clothes!!

This rental has all the amenities and toiletries that you will need for your short staycation! If your not into firm mattresses that do not but this rental. But if firm mattresses are what you like, you will be pleased with your stay!

not a bad location, pool area was great. close to the beach. Condo was not very clean, utensils and cookware was dirty. The remote control was gross, sticky and slimy!

Unbelievable place to stay

After having our stay switched to this location my wife and I were extremely happy. Everything was updated and very nice. The amenities at this location was very nice as well. The Wi-Fi and TV worked perfectly. The only downside for us was that all the beds were very hard. A couple of nights we had difficulty sleeping because of the beds. Overall we were very happy with this location.

Very dirty and bad smell

Apartment was very dirty, there was a horrible smell coming from the laundry. The stools in the counterop were very unstable you couldn’t sit down on two of them. Would not stay in this unit

The house was exceptionally large, there was plenty of space for everyone. The beach access wasn't very far away at all. Communixation was seamless. Now to the downside. The couches are old. The whole area where you sit is so dented in you literally sink back. I found dirty socks in there. The area where the cable box is desperately needs to be dusted. One remote was very sticky. So that was gross. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the master hasn't been refilled in a long time as they were all empty and the lightbulb in the shower needs to be replaced. Overall nota bad stay at all. Just a few minor hiccups that are easy fixes

Great family fun

Great staff, great pools, beach access was easy and plenty of room for the whole family. They even had a while closet with all of the beach essentials including umbrella and chairs. We would definitely come back.

Overall our stay was good. Just a few things I would like to mention. 1. As soon as you come in the condo has a smell… not horrible but like burnt toast. Tried to air it out but I think that’s just how it smells. 2. There was no gate card when we got there. We figured with the code provided in the instructions it would allow us to get in and out. It took us until the the 2nd day to realize we had to order one. 3. We ran out of toilet paper by the 2nd day.. Overall the condo worked. However i felt in the end the price we paid for was too much for what we got.

Fantastic stay!

We had a fabulous time at this home as we had everything we needed and more. It was lovely and bright with floor to ceiling windows, fans in all rooms, lofted ceilings, and lots of room to spread out. The kitchen was very well-equipped (including air fryer, electric frypan, blender/small food processor, baking equipment, etc.) for cooking, the beds were super comfortable (really comfy bedding and pillows), and two bathrooms came in handy, with large showers. There were tons of supplies from beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing and workout equipment, beach towels (and lots of house towels). Two furnace/a/c systems were great, as the place is big. Vacasa was super responsive to our needs and Jake was absolutely a gem, going out of his way to help us - thanks again! Thanks for letting us stay in your home - it was lovely!

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great stay. Place was pretty clean with nice amenities. . The only issues we had were with the bed pillows, bed and living room sofa. I contacted Turnkey and had an immediate response and resolution to the bed pillow issue. All the bed pillows were completely flat/old so we all had an uncomfortable first nights sleep. The next evening we were brought new pillows. The beds were very firm/hard and the living room sofa had no support so we sank into it. Otherwise everything else was great and we like all the movies, cards and games provided. Closets were full of beach items as well if needed.

Graduation gift to daughter in law

I wanted to share in my daughter-in-law’s recent graduation from Pharmacy School by having a Celebration including a family vacation. The condo was perfect for three adults and two little one. It was just a five minute walk to the private beach access and even less to the pool. Everyone had a fabulous time. The master bedroom was perfect for my son, his wife and the two kids. I had my own room with private bath. We all had our space and we’re able to sleep well at night. We were within walking distance to restaurants and shops.
