Large Bar area with large 4 large 60 inch Flat Screen TVs for that true Sports Enthusiast,, bar seating for 14. Outdoor area complete with Pottery Barn patio furniture surrounding Fire pit, additional dining tables. Large hot tub. Bocce ball court, Horseshoe Pit.
Movie Theater has seating for 23 people, 140 inch HD Screen.
Next level up is a large open living room with 20 foot high ceilings that capitalize on the breathtaking views of Tahoe's tallest Mountain Mt. Tallac. Family Reunion

We had a family reunion with all ages from 1 to 92 years old. This house was perfect for everyone. We had a day planned at the lake and no one wanted to leave because the house had so many amenities. We had an abundance of dishes in the kitchen to cook with and it was nice to be able to eat together there was plenty of seating. We hope we can plan to come back and do it all over again because it was so much fun!

So big 19 people couldn't fill it. Right next door to Heavenly Ski and fabulous view of Lake Tahoe!
