My shower wouldn’t get hot, Maintenace was in my room; less than 5 minutes! They changed the cartridge and I was on time for the e event! The bed was comfy, the Angus burger at the restaurant was Fabulous! We had a great event, the room was perfect! I had a pool view with a view of the city and mountains, it was glorious at 5:45am sunrise 🌞 Thank you, Great accommodations

The first room I got had a broken shower. They chnaged me to a different room which was next to a loading dock. All i heard was trucks and door slams start at 5am. When i mentioned it at the frokt desk. All they said we apologize. No compensation, whatsoever.
