J offrais le sĂ©jour Ă  mon amie et des l arrivĂ©e la personne Ă  l accueil Ă  annoncĂ© le prix de la chambre (alors que tout avait Ă©tĂ© rĂ©glĂ© en ligne ) Elle s est excusĂ©e plusieurs fois mais c Ă©tait trop tard Il y a actuellement des travaux extĂ©rieurs pour le Spa ,j Ă©tais informĂ© lors de ma rĂ©servation . En revanche on ne m avait pas informĂ© que la chambre avec jacuzzi privĂ© donnait directement sur les travaux ( pas d intimitĂ© , du bruit , et je passe la vue chantier) .De plus des 8:00 les travaux commencent donc pas de grasse matinĂ©e non plus . RĂ©servation au dĂ©part effectuĂ©e pour une personne. Nous avons appelĂ©s l’hĂŽtel afin d’y ajouter une deuxiĂšme personne, chose faite. Lors de notre arrivĂ©e, en demandant bien si tout Ă©tait rĂ©glĂ©, on nous prĂ©cisa qu’il ne restait que les taxes de sĂ©jour Ă  ajouter. Le lendemain lors du Check out, quelle ne fut pas notre surprise quand on nous annonça des frais de 40€ supplĂ©mentaires pour la deuxiĂšme personne ayant sĂ©journĂ© dans la mĂȘme chambre. Ce n’est pas tant les 40€ supplĂ©mentaires qui nous on dĂ©rangĂ©s mais le fait de cacher ces frais jusqu’au Check out en nous mettant devant le fait accompli. Autre problĂšmes, au vu du prix de la nuit, il serait bien d’accorder l’accĂšs au spa plus longtemps que jusqu’au moment du Check out (soit 11h du matin), ou y indiquer clairement les horaires d’accĂšs au moment du la confirmation de la rĂ©servation. Pour nous qui sommes arrivĂ©s tard la premiĂšre journĂ©e, il ne nous aura finalement pas Ă©tĂ© possible de profiter de celui-ci. Être un minimum arrangeant aurait Ă©tĂ© un plus pour un hĂŽtel spa 4*
 Mais le fond de commerce est apparement basĂ© sur les frais cachĂ©s et sur le fait prendre les clients pour des cartes bancaires sur pieds ! DerniĂšre chose, le wifi dĂ©faillant est apparemment une chose connu de la direction
 Mais lĂ  encore, aucune compensation ni mĂȘme d’excuses. Juste un « oui on sait » Cet hĂŽtel ne nous reverra clairement plus.

L’hĂŽtel Ă©tait vraiment au top, le cadre trĂšs joli, tout Ă©tait impeccable, les gens qui y travaillent sont trĂšs sympathiques et accueillants, tout en restant trĂšs professionnels. L’hygiĂšne, que ce soit dans les chambres ou au restaurant ou dans le spa, est impeccable, nous avons Ă©tĂ© vraiment ravis de notre sĂ©jour et le recommandons chaleureusement. C’est un endroit qui vaut vraiment le coup, et on y retournera Ă  coup sĂ»r.
