Nice, clean property with air conditioned rooms. Very comfortable and a nice view of the lake. My only comment is that is it not close to many restaurants, but this is no issue if you have your own car.

Nice hotel in a good location. However the cost of a tiny dog was ridiculous and also had to pay for parking (we have a car highly desirable to thieves) which was also pretty pricy considering it was outside the hotel but on the road with no barrier or security. Yes the hotel was really competitive as it was super off season but seriously if you were going for a week the dog, parking and surcharges would be €235. Took the shine off the deal to be honest. But lovely view of the lake - if you don’t have a car or a dog go for it!

C’est scandaleux. J’avais déjà eu une mauvaise expérience dans cet établissement il y a quelques années, mais j’ai voulu tenter à nouveau. Très mauvaise idée. Nous étions quatre collègues de travail, et j’avais effectué deux réservations séparées. À notre arrivée, la personne à l’accueil m’a dit ne pas trouver ma réservation, alors même que je lui ai montré la confirmation sur Hotels.com. La réservation était bien validée. Il n’a rien voulu entendre, affirmant ne pas être référencé sur Hotels.com et me lançant, je cite : « Vous regardez votre réservation sur votre téléphone, moi je m’en fiche, je ne l’ai pas. » La situation a rapidement dégénéré : cette personne est devenue agressive, s’est levée d’un air menaçant et nous a parlé de manière extrêmement irrespectueuse, sans chercher la moindre solution. J’ai alors contacté l’assistance de Hotels.com (1h30 d’échanges) qui a bien confirmé ma réservation et tenté de joindre l’établissement. Mais l’homme à l’accueil a refusé toute discussion. En résumé, se retrouver face à quelqu’un d’aussi agressif, qui insulte les clients et ne propose aucune solution, est tout simplement inacceptable. Ni moi, ni mes collègues n’avions jamais vécu une telle situation.

HORRIBLEMENT HORRIBLE

Photo clairement mensongères ! Une honte. Chambre humide pleine de moisissures. La salle de bain est dégueulasse et minuscule avec le minimum syndicale (petit miroir tout rouillé, douche pleine de rouille et de crasse, le papier toilette (ou papier de verre) est un distributeur de feuille par feuille comme dans les toilettes publique). Les murs sont pleins de traces noires et la peinture toute craquelée. Le lino pleins de trou de cigarettes… et j’en passe. TOUTE LA NUIT un bruit d’eau qui coule NON STOP. Nous n’avons pas pu dormir. Si nous avions pu trouver autre part où dormir nous serions parti en pleine nuit. Si c’est une caméra cachée, merci de le signaler la blague a assez duré.

je déconseille cet hotel, moisissures aux murs, impossible de se connecter au wifi, la directrice de l'hotel, désagréable et mal éduqué, pas de volet pour une chambre en rez de chaussée donnant sur une promenade, on entend les voisins aux toilettes et prendre une douche. Les seuls points positif c'est le garcon de l'accueil qui a été très pro et la vue...

La vue de la chambre sur le lac est superbe. La deco et la surface sont convenables. Toutefois certains points sont à améliorer : pas de WIFI dans la chambre, des travaux de rénovation seraient à prévoir (bas de douche, porte de la salle de bain), une odeur d’humidité dérangeante et une insonorisation inexistante. Nous étions au RDC, nous entendions nos voisins du dessus et sur les côtés comme si ils étaient avec nous. Séjour décevant même si le prix de la chambre était correct.

Bien sûr, voici une version corrigée : À éviter !!! J'ai payé plus de 300 € pour 2 nuits en novembre ! Les chambres et espaces communs sont en mauvais état compte tenu du prix. Cet établissement semble chercher à économiser sur TOUT ! Par exemple, les capsules de café : 2 sont fournies le premier jour, mais non renouvelées le deuxième... Il s'agit de capsules Carte d'Or à 30 centimes pièce ! Donc, pour 60 centimes, l'établissement semble prêt à compromettre l'expérience de clients qui ont déboursé 300 € ! De plus, le papier toilette semble également être une source d'économies pour cet établissement : un seul rouleau, sans aucun en réserve. En ce qui concerne l'accueil, on se sent mal à l'aise, avec l'impression de déranger ! Sans parler de l'isolation phonique, catastrophique ! À ce prix, c'est du vol !!!
