Top of the Villiage Snowmass Villiage #108

Staff at the Top of Villiage were extremely courteous and very helpful. The condo we rented was nicely furnished and comfortable. The construction of complex was of poor quality. We were on the first floor and could hear a lot of activity above us. Our stay was early August and nighttime temps were low 50s. Our heat was not working, when calling the front desk they didn’t seem aware of the problem. The maintenance person informed the entire complex had lost heat the day before. He offered up space heaters and wasn’t sure when the problem would be fixed. It got fixed later that day. We were dissapointed they didn’t put us in a different building. Probably won’t be back.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 ( two adult children). Super clean and very quaint. Had everything we needed for cooking a meal! Would highly recommend and hope to stay there again soon!!

Disappointing

Our stay at this location fell short of expectations. This is a condo made for ski in, ski out skiers. Not summer vacationers – poor light, little mountain views, poor construction and layout, noise from surrounding condos. If you use the deck area you stare into the adjoining condo’s living room. Not to mention barking dogs. Way overpriced for what you get!

Comfortable and well-equipped

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Although located at the op of the hill, the management company offered quick shuttle service from the bottom when needed. The management company was also very responsive to requests.
