Enjoy sun rise/set in your own beach house w/ an oyster shelled beach, dock, and tons of amenities on the NewRiver w/out the traffic/tourists. Fish, Kayak, game in the gameroom, ping pong, and bust out the cornhole boards on the large green lawn on the river's edge. King beds, lots of rooms, updated kitchen, a large deck with furniture, drink fridge, grill, and plenty of space to eat. 13min from the beach, short walk to the RiverView cafe and watch pods of dolphins cruise up/down the river.

Laid back at Chad’s Landing

This was the perfect place for a low-key vacation. The house is comfy, cozy, and quiet with direct access to the water. The provided kayaks are a plus and my sons loved using them to fish. It’s the perfect place for smaller children to play because the water doesn’t get very deep. We loved our stay and will be back. The host was amazing!
