This is a super spacious, well appointed and updated flat. It is in the basement, so it's important to understand that it's a bit damp without the air conditioning running. That said, the air conditioners are excellent. There is one in every room and they not only keep the flat cool, they keep it dry. We had an issue with the water while we were there for several days of our stay, but Buena Vista went above and beyond to get it fixed. Special shout out to the maintenance folks who were not only diligent, but hung around to explain to us what had gone wrong and how they were trying to fix it. This flat is perfectly located to shops, the ferry, and is walking distance to two grocery stores and a wine shop. We had a few favorites: Little Greens grocery store is chock full of wonderful things to eat and is open late. Don't leave town without going to Tony's Bar, the Tea Room (both on the main road) and The Hole in the Wall which is at the top of the Tower Road hill. There is a lovely and HUGE shopping mall just up the hill from Pace that has everything anyone could need. Though this flat has a terrace, we weren't able to use it because of the water issue. However, it is HUGE, private and has seating for eight. Much more than we would have needed. Apart from the water issue, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this flat to others staying in Sliema.
