The works are in their final phase, with completion scheduled for July 15, 2025. From this date onward, we will welcome our first guests.

Credit Card (Vrbo): If you choose to pay by credit card through Vrbo, a 3% fee will apply to the total amount.

Direct Bank Transfer: No additional fees.

Both options include Vrbo assistance.

Cleaning Costs:

Stays up to 7 nights: Final cleaning €460.

2 weeks: Mid-stay cleaning (2 people, 2 hours) €100 + final cleaning €460.

3 weeks: Two mid-stay cleanings €100 each + final cleaning €460.

Tourist Tax:

€1 per adult per day, applicable for the first 7 days of stay.

Low Season (October to April):

Heating: €300 per week.

Additional supplement from 8 guests onwards: €20 per person per day.

Monthly Stays:

Utilities (water, electricity, gas): €1,200 (based on actual consumption).

Pets: €100 per week.

Heated pool: €250 per week.

🕗 Late Check-in:

From 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM: €45 supplement.

After 12:00 AM: €70 supplement.

💼 Security Deposit:

Damage deposit: €2,000.
