At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer you the best value for your stay, ensuring that you only pay for the services you really need. Our basic rental rate includes everything necessary for a great stay. However, if you’d like to add extra services, below you’ll find the additional costs for each:

IMPORTANT ASPECTS REGARDING BOOKING, RATES AND PAYMENTS:

1. Payment via Vrbo with Visa card incurs a 3% fee on the total amount. Bank transfer payments are accepted. Vrbo Assistance Service is available with both payment methods.

2. Cleaning Costs:

– Stays up to one week: Final cleaning: €325
– Two-week stays: Mid-stay cleaning: 2 hours by 2 people, halfway through, cost €90. Full final cleaning at end of second week: €325
– Three-week stays: Two mid-stay cleanings (one mid-first week, another mid-second week), each at €90. Full final cleaning at the end of third week: €325

3. A Tourist Tax of €1 per adult per day applies during the first 7 days of the stay.

4. In low season for monthly stays (October to April):
Provision of €800 per month for water, electricity, and gas, based on actual consumption

5. In low season for weekly stays (October to April):
House heating: €300

6. Heated Pool Option:

Weekly option:
Price: €350 per week (€200 base price + €100 for electricity based on actual consumption)

Monthly option:
Price: €1000 per month (€600 base price + €400 for electricity based on actual consumption)

7. Late check-in:
From 20:00 to 24:00: + €45
After 24:00: + €70

8. A supplement of €100 per week applies for pets.
