Wir haben uns in der geräumigen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Herausragend war die große Terasse mit Blick auf den Überlinger See und darüber hinaus. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung auf der Internetseite.

Urlaub 2023 31.7.-18.8.

Wir waren 8 Tage mit 4 Personen, 2 Erw. 2 Kinder 13 und 14 vor Ort. Abwicklung problemlos, alles sauber, gute Lage. Einrichtung charmante Mischung aus alt und neu. Bei den Parkplätzen am Haus muss man beachten, dass der linke, besser befahrbare zur Ferienwohnung gehört. Generell rückwärts einparken, Zufahrt etwas steil. Ansonsten alles top, kommen gerne wieder.

Für Leute, die Ruhe suchen mit kleinen Abstrichen

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung und die Bilder des Inserats sind ziemlich genau. Man hat einen schönen Blick auf den See und auch auf die Berge in einiger Entfernung. Das Haus ist ein Altbau, die Wohnung mit einem Sammelsurium aus alten und neuen Möbeln eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, es war sauber und ordentlich. Es fehlen Kleinigkeiten, wie Haken für die Handtücher im Bad oder ein Messbecher in der Küche. Das ist aber nicht schlimm. Ein Minuspunkt ist das fehlende Gefrierfach, was im Inserat explizit erwähnt wurde. Die Lage ist an einem steilen Berg, direkt am Waldrand. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, allerdings werden momentan (Juli 23) überall die Straßen gesperrt und aufgegraben wegen Bauarbeiten an den Wasserleitungen. Die Parksituation im Ort ist sehr angespannt. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Stellplatz. Wer mit mehr als einem Auto anreist oder ein sehr großes Auto hat, muss gut aufpassen, dass er die Nachbarn nicht behindert. Unser Fazit ist: Es ist eine schöne Wohnung in guter, ruhiger Lage. Von den Nachbarn bekommt man nicht viel mit. Wer schlecht zu Fuß ist oder viel an den Strand mitnehmen möchte, ist immer aufs Auto angewiesen.
