The "VillaStravanata" is surrounded by nature and is located in the renowned Villaggio Delle Mimose, an enchanting and peaceful place for a relaxing holiday which also offers the possibility of hiking in the mountains.
The property consists of the villa and the garden of approximately 2000 m2.
The Villa is structured on two floors for a total of 160 m2 and 14 beds.

- on the ground floor we find a main entrance and one at the back communicating with the large veranda; a living room with large sofa and TV and dining room with up to ten seats; a large kitchen equipped with all comforts (dishwasher, oven, large fridge, microwave oven, toaster, fryer, combined gas and induction hob, pod coffee machine); a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower; a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed.

- on the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms (1 double room communicating with 1 smaller room with bunk beds and balcony, 1 double room plus two bunk beds, 1 with two single beds which can be transformed into a double bed if necessary), a bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and bidet; another bathroom with toilet and shower. In the Villa there is wi-fi internet and also 4 air conditioners


In the large garden the guest has at his disposal a beautiful, very large swimming pool (15 meters x 7 metres) with a diving board surrounded by trees with a depth of 1.20 meters to 2.10 meters with a relaxation area, deckchairs, bar counter with fridge and gazebo, a playground for children (from 3 years to 12 years), 2 barbecue areas (one next to the house and one near the swimming pool).
Spa Area with Heated Jacuzzi Mini-Pool
Starting from August 2025, guests will be able to access a new and exclusive spa lounge area, designed to offer moments of pure relaxation in an intimate and private environment. Inside, a 7-seater heated Jacuzzi hydromassage mini-pool will welcome you with suggestive plays of light thanks to chromotherapy and an emotional waterfall designed to stimulate the senses.
The space is completed by an elegant and comfortable lounge, all within a covered environment with attention to the smallest details, ideal for regenerating in every season.

Every morning at 07:00 the pool area will be cleaned in complete silence (included in the price).

The position of the house is very strategic because it is located halfway between the beaches of Eastern Sardinia (Villasimius) and Western Sardinia (Chia).
