The Robertson House was a very nice hotel very handy to the Singapore Metro and the river restaurant precinct. The Club Room was very well catered and the Staff were very attentive….highly recommended

The concierge and availability of house keeping staff is terrible. I understand that everyone gets busy but there should always be someone dedicated to answering the phone for guests. I had to walk down to concierge one morning because no one in house keeping was answering the phone and no one at the front desk was answering either. So if you need something right away, you may not get it on time. The property was lovely though.

Terrible Service and Attitude

Received terrible service when calling in room dining, and asked for a water when I checked out, was told only for hotel guests. Shocking attitude from the staff throughout our stay, this is a leadership issue from the General Manager. Having been a hotel professional this was an awful experience and we were bitterly disappointed.

Hotel is in a excellent location near to lots of lovely restaurants, staff were amazing room lovely, clean, pool great Only criticism there"s building going on near the hotel and only when you are sat by the pool you can hear it all day,but wouldn't stop us choosing the hotel again or recommending it.

Good and convenient hotel , near Clark’s Quay

Checked it early in the morning, hotel stores our luggage for us to retrieve them after our city tour, very nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. The electric outlet above the fridge which was supposed to be used by coffee and hot water machines were not working, it was fixed by 10pm after informing front desk.
