Prachtig en mooi gelegen landgoed op enkele minuten afstand van Sinalunga. Zeer mooie tuin en oude huizen, mooi en groot zwembad. Voldoende schaduw. Het appartement dat wij huurden lag op de eerste verdieping. Woongedeelte is redelijk klein en donker en beperkt uitgerust. Bij slecht weer zou ik dit niet aanraden. Wij konden buiten goed eten. Iets comfortabelere stoelen zou fijn geweest zijn. Gootste nadeel is de beperkte geluidsisolatie. Het wel en wee van de buren (onder, naast) krijg je mee. Eigenaren en hun zoon zijn zeer gastvrij, behulpzaam en verzorgden een overheerlijke maaltijd voor de gasten van locale culinaire hapjes. Appartement is ideaal gelocaliseerd voor allerlei uitstapjes of om heerlijk te onthaasten.

Der Pool hat einen (frei) Bar mit alkoholfreien Getränken und einige Arten von Alkohol. Es gibt einen Weinkeller, wo eine Gebühr eine große Auswahl an Wein und Öl zu fangen. Die 2 Pools und jacquizie sind sauber und tägliche Reinigung e.e.a. Der Grill ist nach dem Gebrauch und Müll gereinigt (außen) täglich afgevoerd.De Tennisplatz ist sehr gepflegt und der Kies ist regelmäßig geveegd.Al in allem eine sehr gepflegte Wohnung und sehr zu empfehlen. Preis / Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top.Dichtsbijzijnde Supermarkt (COOP Supermercado) 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Florance nur 100 km entfernt. Typisch toskanische Dörfer 30 Minuten mit dem Auto
