Spring Skiing getaway with friends and family

We stayed here over spring break with kids and family for a Keystone ski trip. The place is conveniently located 3-5 mins from the main shopping area, it had plenty of room for all of us, and was as described in the listing. There was a minor delay with the check-in, but the owner was prompt to reply and provide clarification and a remediation. Despite that minor inconvenience, it is a great place that we'd definitely stay again.

Yearly ski trip

What a wonderful house! We enjoyed the quiet and spacious layout. The girls made the lower level their bunks, and the boys took upstairs. Having a garage to pull into when it snowed was a lifesaver. The hot tub made for a fun experience after skiing.

Broken Hot Tub

My boys were excited to check in after a full day of snowboarding only to find that the hot tub was broken. The property manager was in communication with me about the check in process but NEVER even mentioned that it was broken! This was the ONLY reason that I booked this property so we were terribly disappointed. Should someone had given us a "heads up," maybe I could have tempered my kids expectations. But no, I guess they were hoping that maybe we just didn't use it. To compensate for our incovenience, they gave me a measly $40 back. What a freakin' joke.

Great property

When we arrived the hot tub was broken but it was fixed by the second day. There was ALOT of snow on the decks (2-3 feet) making them unusable. It was frozen ice which made it impossible to clear off. Otherwise the property managers were very informative and helpful. The property was well stocked with sleds and firewood. Great location.

Great property. Clean. Beds for 9. Only issue was the hottub did not work and we were not notified before arrival. So that was very disappointing after 3 days on the slopes

Good size with convenient location

We comfortably fit two families into this house, and appreciated the way the kids bedroom was away from the kitchen/living room space to allow adults to hang out after bedtime. If you have little kids who are afraid of being farther away, the bunk room is dow stairs by itself so might be less ideal but it was perfect for us. The beds were all comfortable with plenty of pillows and extra blankets. The kitchen is well equipped, and has both both a drip coffee maker and Keurig. The only downside was that the hottub wasn't working which we had really been looking forward to. Otherwise we were very happy and would stay here again.

Good location. Liked the living room and kitchen area. Nice hot tub. One of the showers wasn’t working, and when we called the managing company they said maintenance would come fix it which never happened so we had to go to Lowe’s then repair it ourselves.

Everything top drawer; appliances, kitchen state of the art. Loved the hot tub and the parking. Stairs were a severe challenge for 76 and 86 year olds. PROPERTY MANAGERS exceptionally responsive. Hot tip: improve quality of toilet paper.

Great location!

We had the best time here. The location was perfect - even had 2 baby moose bed down in the backyard for hours on our last morning. The hottub is perfect and the neighbors are super friendly if you happen to run into them. Use the blinds in the main room if it gets too hot in the morning, we found that out too late. But otherwise, clean, fun and unique property with great views!

Nice and clean.

A good vacation home for a family. Just a couple of minor inconveniences that did not impact our stay. Ignitor to one of the stove top burners not working, but found a lighter to use. Also, could not get the key out of the lock box, but we came in and out through the garage. Overall a nice place to stay. Private hot tub was a bonus. Would stay here again.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The property could have been cleaned better but there was a vacuum in the house so we did it. Location was great, home was warm and inviting, the kitchen was well stock with all appliances that you would normally use in your own home and bathrooms had plenty of linens. We would stay here again for sure. Only had one issue and that was with the hot tub.

Cozy stay

Mountain getaway

Pretty property, convenient location

Property was clean and very nicely stocked with blankets, dishes, firewood and VERY much appreciated the humidifiers that wwre provided for every room as they greatly helped with the altitude and drier air. Living room was very comfy with fireplace & accomodating seating. The only complaint I have is that the thermostats reset themselves every night at 10pm, so we'd have to go around and turn them all back up from 65 degrees, which meant the house never got fully warm & our 3 year old styed in the bottom floor bedroom which meant it could be very cold for him. Probably a fixable issue so I would definitely recommend this place & stay again. Beds were all very comfy and it was a great place!
