Very comfy beds - breakfast was good. Initial greeting was slow and not really friendly. But great night’s sleep for price.

Someone had rented this room during the winter and had tracked in a lot of salty slush which had dried on the carpet and never been removed giving the room a dirty floor appearance. The television was an analog TV with limited channels. Morning breakfast area cramped, people bumping into each other. The price billed was $11 higher than advertised on Travelocity. Will never use Travelocity again.

Nice hotel that is currently being renovated

Location: Close to shops, restaurants and right on the 404
Stayed at the Comfort Inn Newmarket while house hunting in the area. Hotel was clean, quite and the beds and pillows new and comfortable! They are currently completing renovations, and while our room was right beside the rooms they are working on now, we could barely hear anything from the work crews. Lovely 4 night stay.

The staff were incredibly accommodating when I told them I had an elderly parent with dementia. They were so kind it made our stay much easier than I expected. I would stay here again just because of the staff. Thank you folks!
