Hotel is very clean, big bottles of shampoo, soap etc. so you never run out. The front desk was very accommodating. 4th floor did not have hot water, we were moved after we were all unpacked (w/kids, swim stuff, food), it was a bit inconvenience but it was a nice stay over all.

The rooms were not clean, men's dirty shirts behind the small refrigerator. I arrived early, room was not ready, within 10 minutes room was ready. A full cleaning of beds, vacuuming and sterilizing bathroom would have taken at least 20 minutes. The restaurant was great, a good selection and food was great!!

Great for families featuring plenty of activities including water park and arcade. We liked the room layout of two queens and a sofa bed, it was also very spacious. Parking was easy. It was nice that we could use the water park the day of check-in and the day of check out. Concessions in the water park was overpriced and not good. Water in the lazy river was freezing cold. The water slides were awesome! Otherwise a great stay!

Happy but also disappointed

The place in general was very good. Front desk was very helpful. Rooms were very clean. Restaurant’s were clean and the waitstaff is as on the ball. A LifeGuard (one that is in charge of the lifeguards that walk the rides) I asked for a bandaid and she said that we had to get from the guard office. My son (who skinned the bottom of his toe) walked all the way over to the office to find it closed. We went back to our chairs and I started looking for someone. Didn’t I run into the same girl. I told her that the office was closed and that I just want a bandage for him. She gave me a dirty look, turned around and went into the white door by the soda dispenser. She comes up to us and gave me the band aide and gave me a look like I was bothering her. All we wanted was a band aide and she simply could have turned around gone in the white door. But she had to make it dramatic and try to show me her power trip. I paid good money for the trip to only on the last day have to deal with something so stupid. It took over 20 minutes to get the bandage. Who are the employees there for? And also the rest of the staff was amazing. It’s been on my mind since we left. BTW the main park was amazing. We spent two day over there.
