Basic place to stay. No coffee maker of any kind. They will do anything they can to help you. The hotel is old the ac barely works. The bathroom and shower would fail building codes in the USA . I would stay again but not with my kids.

Fantastic staff. Always very friendly, and very helpful. Great, quick check in and out. Always fun to chat with. The hotel bar is great as well. Good location, close to bars and restaurants. Overall, great hotel with awesome staff.

Avoid

Sheets and floors were clean, but that's about it. Property is literally falling apart - shelves missing but brackets still attached. Beige lampshades black with dirt, filthy light switches, limited hot water, cloudy pool, ratty pool chairs.... SO many better options in Siem Reap. Staff was nice, but that can't make up for all the faults here.

Great value and great massage. On a lively but quiet street very close to the Pub Street madness. The room was small but comfy. I had a single room. Very clean. They offer a massage area in front of the hotel where I had a very good Thai massage. The staff were courteous and helpful. I will stay at this hotel when I return to Siem Reap.

Ideal location

First time staying here. The service was amazing. They were very accommodating and have everything you need for a good deal, especially arranging transportation. The only issue we had was that our balcony door doesn't close and lock properly. Other than that, our room had everything we needed. Thank you guys!

Positives - Rooms are clean and spacious, the morning breakfast is a good add-on feature as we had to go touring very early in the morning and this came handy. Room is equipped with basic toiletries and a bar fridge. Negatives - In spite of an email confirmation there was no one to pick up at the airport. The hotel had claimed for a free airport pickup.

Great location and amazing service. The room was small and a little outdated, but if you only need an affordable place to spend the night, close to everything and with awesome service, this is the place. There's also a pool and a cool bar.

The exterior of the hotel is nice but the room is very old. And our toilet flush is not good, it almost over-flowed one day. But the location of the hotel is excellent, it is walking distance to the night market and many eateries yet away from the noise. For the packed breakfast, it will be good if we can have some selections. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Hope the hotel can consider to renovate their rooms and it will be perfect.

Fine for my purposes

The room was fine for my purposes. After my room change, it was less of a hike up the stairs (3.5 stars for a hotel with no elevator?). It was quite basic and tight, but it was pretty clean and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Lukewarm hot water, but I understand this is normal in this city

Great Location, Service

The location is great, within steps of the night market, old market, and pub street. The room itself was sparse, with a rectangular hole in the bathroom wall for ventilation and an old box TV, but it was clean and adequate for my needs. The small hot water heater was inadequate, but the lukewarm water was better than at two other budget hotels, which made a difference during the recent cold spell. The service was also above average. Expensive for a budget hotel compared to Bangkok or even Yangon,but Siem Reap is a boomtown.

The location of the hotel was good but the room was not clean properly when we ask . The air conditional in my room was vey very noisy, which wasn't repair after my complained. The receptionists was friendly enough.

Small quiet hotel with extremely nice staff

First impression was that the hotel is small, dark and the room also very small (arrived late at night). The next day the picture was quite different.The hotel is extremely small, the yard and pool area rather cramped and narrow, the pool small - but I must say all pleasantly arranged with lying chairs,swings and well kept.The pool bar is a nice addition to the leasure area at the entrance. Suggest to book not the smallest room, it is claustrophobically small with nothing much than the bed and cupboard in it, no proper window, the toilet and shower in one space.All other, bigger rooms seem to have much more space, windows or balconies, and therefore much better! Overall the hotel is well kept, clean and the best of all- the reception staff is extremely friendly and helpful.In fact the best I have ever encountered around the world. Breakfast is on the menu, You choose Your option, the variety is there but perhaps a bit non-flexible version of it. Overall, the breakfast is good and sufficient. The side-steet where the hotel is located, is close to night market and Pub Streets, so very conveniently located, but quiet at night. Definately well worth the money and would recommend!
