10 day stay here and it's been excellent. 5 star service from beginning to end. Very clean rooms. Nice shower and bath. The Christmas decorations were fabulous. Great place to stay. Hotel is very impressive and staff are amazing. There is a restaurant and pool bar on site, and prices are similar to what you would pay in Europe. I would definitely stay there again. The only slight issue is it is outside the town, but it only takes about 5 mins by tuk tuk or about 15 mins to walk.

Beautiful room with gorgeous view overlooking the garden and pool. Staff are very friendly and polite. Our only complaint is that why are paying customers having to wait behind queue of senior managers at breakfast everyday. Never have I been to any hotels around the world that the senior managers are enjoying breakfast before the paying guests. I hope they changed this practice before my next visit to Siem Reap.
