This ground floor, 2-bedroom apartment commands fabulous, elevated views over the pristine waters of Shoal Bay, with the advantage of easy access with no stairs. Situated just 400m to the sandy shoreline of one of the most beautiful beaches in Port Stephens, you're also within easy walking distance of the range of cafes, shops and restaurants that line Shoal Bay Foreshore, including the popular Country Club Hotel. Pack your walking shoes and climb to the summit of Mount Tomaree for spectacular views over the surrounding coastline, or check out the other stunning local beaches – Zenith, Box and Wreck Beach are all nearby.
Look out over picturesque Shoal Bay while you BBQ and dine alfresco on the front north-facing balcony – it's the perfect setting for those early morning coffees or evenings watching the sunset. The views extend into the open plan lounge and dining room and the 2nd balcony, just off the main bedroom. Recently under new ownership (October 2021), the apartment is tastefully furnished, featuring air-conditioning, with a fully equipped, renovated kitchen, 55" internet-connected Smart TV, DVD and Wifi in the lounge, and newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and the main bedroom has a queen bed, while the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds which can be joined to make a king bed upon request (please advise at time of booking). The main bathroom also includes a washing machine and a double lockup garage.
Go for a swim in the complex pool. There is even a handy outdoor shower and toilet to wash off before you head back to your comfortable apartment after a day at the beach or in the pool.
This is the perfect holiday home for a family holiday, a couple's escape or a golfing getaway.

Soectacular Bay views
We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at this lovely unit. Fantastic views all day, comfortable furnishings and well equipped kitchen. Close and convenient to restaurants, shops and beach. Hotel music over the holiday weekend muted with doors closed but fine hearing well known sing-along tunes!

Beautiful view, very pleasant stay
View was stunning across the bay. Close to many good walks too and very accessible to Shoal strip. We stayed over Australia Day and both nights you could hear the music until 10pm. Wasn’t a biggie but worth being aware of it very young kids perhaps. Overall we had a great stay at the Sundeck. Pool was a real bonus too!

Great location and comfortable accomodation
We loved this unit and the location and it would have received a 10/10 rating but when we arrived the beds weren't made up and there was no linen or towels. I had to call quite a few times and then the linen and towels were eventually delivered but we had to make the beds. Other than that it was a great location and very comfortable apartment.
