I had stayed in that property since it was newly built but under a different name. The current property or the room I was given was more basic and not much frills ( like carpet) but the room was clean. The front desk was efficient but lacked some human touch.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Nanjing Road. The hotel's location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Shanghai, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major attractions. Whether you're here for business or leisure, you can't ask for a more convenient base. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service I received from Kai at the concierge desk. He went above and beyond in helping me coordinate several Taobao deliveries during my stay. Thanks to his efficiency and attention to detail, retrieving my packages was completely seamless and stress-free. It made my stay that much more enjoyable and hassle-free. Highly recommend this hotel for both its prime location and the top
