The location is great but loud. Bring earplugs if you have any hope of sleeping. Front desk personnel could have been more helpful. A little surly to be honest.

The bed was not actually a King size bed. Also one of the elevators seemed to be broken. Evening staff was rude.

Too hot!

Pros: Close to everything in downtown Lincoln. Staff was very nice but I would rather have them be surly yet effective.
Cons: Beautiful amenities and location mean nothing without basic comfort. In a motel/hotel setting, being able to control room temp is a basic comfort.
Title of review says it all--If you are too hot you can't get comfortable, can't sleep, can't feel clean (sweating the whole time). Discussed with staff and they were polite and concerned but couldn't solve the problem. After 2 phone calls we gave up and went to bed (miserable night). We told front desk upon checking out in the morning. I have no doubt that the polite concern shown by the staff was followed by inaction. My guess is that the room was cleaned and passed on to the next unsuspecting guest who will call and be shown polite concern followed by inaction to be repeated again and again. In fact I'm sure we were 2 of many previous guests with same problem. Could not possibly have been the first. When problems are present, fix them!
