Air Conditioning et Ventilation

The villa is equipped with air conditioning in the Master Suite only. All other bedrooms and living areas are fitted with fans.

Thanks to its exceptional panoramic views and large floor-to-ceiling glass doors, the villa is designed to remain widely open, allowing for constant natural ventilation. This architectural concept explains the absence of air conditioning in the other areas while maintaining a pleasant indoor climate.

Although the villa enjoys strong morning sunlight, its east-facing orientation ensures that it remains comfortable and cool in the late afternoon and evening, without excessive heat. The combination of natural airflow, light, and openness makes the villa particularly pleasant to live in, even during the summer months.

Fantastic In Every Way

Great place for our family of 3 generations & 9 people. Everyone loved the pool! Convenient for trips into Annecy or tour around lake. More restaurants nearby than expected- but plan on reservations. The HEAT! We’d rather not discuss.....but it was record breaking for France.....

Emplacement au top pour cette magnifique maison

Nous étions 4 générations à séjourner dans cette grande villa et nous avons tous eu notre espace. Une grande pièce à vivre et une vue, une vue incroyable sur le lac ! Du calme, car pas de route près de la maison. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied ou en vélo. C’était une semaine au top.
