Apartamento en el corazón del barrio de Santa Cruz a orillas de los Jardines de Murillo. A 5 minutos andando de la Giralda y Reales Alcázares. Ubicación perfecta para disfrutar de la ciudad a pie.
Elegante apartamento completamente nuevo en un entorno único, ubicado en un edifico palaciego del siglo XVII lleno de historias populares sevillanas.
El apartamento dispone de salón comedor con cocina totalmente equipada, amplio dormitorio con vistas. Su dormitorio, con cama dosel, guarda entre sus muros el recuerdo de la noche en la que el Rey San Fernando durmió en esa misma estancia antes de recoger las llaves de la ciudad. Una cuidada decoración inspirada en los colores del entorno que te permitirán sumergirte en el encanto de Sevilla,
Situado en plena zona turística y rodeado de los principales monumentos de la ciudad. Una vez en el apartamento no necesitarás transporte, se pueden visitar todos los monumentos paseando como Catedral, Alcázar, Plaza de España, Torre del Oro, barrio Santa Cruz, Judería. Muy cerca de la zona comercial Sierpes, Tetuán, Plaza Nueva donde se encuentran las principales marcas comerciales.
Muy bien comunicado con el aeropuerto, estación de trenes y de autobuses. Paradas de taxi y líneas de autobús a 1 minuto. El autobús del aeropuerto también tiene una parada muy cerca.
