New energy-efficient house in the center of Seville, next to the Alameda de Hércules, a stone's throw from the nerve center and commercial area of La Campana. A few minutes walk from the monumental area. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a magnificent terrace with a dining table and a corner sofa, perfect for enjoying the Sevillian climate. Fully equipped kitchen with dining room. Large living room with giant TV, an ideal place to enjoy with the family. The property is connected by elevator.
Newly renovated house following the concept of passivhaus, looking for high energy efficiency, with air purification and filtration system 24 hours a day. Perfectly isolated from the outside, making it a very quiet house, a perfect place to rest with family. The house has on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, Nespresso machine, cooking utensils, toaster etc and dining area. On the first floor there is a large living room with giant Smartv and a bedroom with double bed of 1.80 width and full bathroom en suite. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, also with king size bed and a bathroom. The last floor is occupied in its entirety by a terrace with outdoor dining area, full bathroom and corner sofa. The entire property is accessible by elevator or stairs.

Great place to spend a week in Sevilla!

Great location: not too close main tourist areas but close enough walk to all the sights. Apt was clean, well maintained and furnished. Beds were very comfortable. Communication was excellent as well prior to our arrival. Would stay again!
