Lovely Hotel in the heart of Seville. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to assist, special thanks to Joaquin for all his help during our stay. The location was fantastic. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. It is difficult to get to from a station, so plan on walking some. The staff was polite, but not very helpful. The breakfast nook was closed, but she didn't have any suggestions that helped. We needed a wine opener, but she didn't have one. Little things, but we definitely felt as if we were on our own to figure everything out. The terrace was nice in the evening.
