The location is great except it was a little loud at night (music/singing from the local bars). But it’s close to everything (walkable), clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time in Seville

While we did enjoy our stay, it should be noted that the apartment currently does not reflect the standard shown in the photos and we were underwhelmed upon arrival. The living room furnishings are worn and very stained and in need of replacement as are some of the outdoor furnishings. Nowhere near as polished as photos and looking tired.That said the host was very responsive in addressing some of our raised concerns and assured that work is underway to replace these - if you are considering perhaps worth confirming some updates have been made/furnishings reflect what is portrayed. If I had to rate as is, I would give it a 7/10 though it certainly has the potential to be higher - having a large outdoor space is great and location was in good proximity to everything. The bedrooms are on the small size so if you have large luggage it can be tricky, but there are built in cabinets on each side of bed which help. Note there are restaurants below (which is handy) and what sounds like a nightclub a few doors down so it can get loud at night especially on weekends. I am rating overall 4/5 in good part due to the responsiveness and good communication with host, eager to make your stay enjoyable.

The appartment is great for 6 persons, with 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, 1 in each bedroom. The terrace is also a real plus !The location is very good, at walking distance of every main place in Séville. The only inconvenients we had was the noise and the smells. The street is quite noisy at nights, with several bars and tarraces downstairs, and sometimes there are smells of sewage on the terrace. The sound insulation with the outside is also not great, we could here voices from outside and also workers in the building in the morning.

Great location
This is a great property right in the heart of old town Seville. Three bedrooms with 3 full baths. Great outdoor balcony. Check in was seamless and communication with the rental company was easy and prompt. Rental is exactly like the pictures. We would highly recommend this property
