The cabin was beautiful but….. The toilet was overflowing, so we had to clean that up. No WiFi and no cell service. There was no water. There was a few days we could not bathe. When we left this morning there was no water.

Enjoyable

This cabin is pretty secluded. It’s three floors and has three beds. We didn’t realize it didn’t have WiFi until we arrived but that was just fine! We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table. Would stay here again!

NO WIFI CELL RECEPTION OR HOUSE PHONE

We were shocked when we arrived to the house that there was no wifi, cell service or house phone for emergencies. The layout of the house was horrible for kids. The microwave would trip the breaker every time it was in use which took us out of vacation mode. Blinds were broken and a door was broken. We had to leave early due to these inconveniences. For the money we paid we were very very disappointed. The house was clean and would have been better for older couples without children. I wish the listing explicitly stated there was no wifi otherwise we wouldn't have booked.

Roadtrip with friends

Cabin was very secluded but relatively close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Most of the roads were very windy which made for sliw reavel. We requested and received quick service twice for a malfunctioning toilet but issue remained unresolved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Cabin!

Excellent property, very beautiful, equipped with hot tub, pool table, great views and scenery! Be aware the property does not have wi-fi, and very limited cell service. Sometimes...that is a great thing!

Wonderful getaway

Easy process. Great communication. Bathroom/shower essentials provided. Kitchen well equipped. Only downside was the hot tub was not clean or usuable. Had green algae growing with brown scum on top.

Absolutely Beautiful and Cozy!

This property is located in a beautiful, serene setting. Online pictures do not do it justice. If I ever go back to the smoky mountains I would 100% rent this same cabin. Its far enough from the neighbors that you feel privacy but its not so far that you feel completely isolated either. The cabin itself was very cozy and a lot more spacious than I thought it would be. I gave it a 4 for cleanliness because most of the windows were smeared/dirty and the corners of the rooms looked like they could use a good vacuuming but otherwise we loved it!! It was not a far drive from town which made making trips to and from Pigeon Forge easy. I was sad to leave and cannot wait to visit again!

Alright, but we won't be back.

The cabin was nice, but it wasn't as secluded as we thought and there wasn't wifi. We made the best of it, but definitely not what we were expecting.

Great Location

Spacious home in a great location. Yes, you're up in the mountains so cell service is spotty and there's no WIFI. Very convenient location to the Smokys though. Townsend, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are all relatively close as well but far enough away to allow for peace and quiet. We had hot tub issues but they were resolved quickly. We'd stay here again.

Nice pool table

It was real nice until the mice came out of the pantry...then we were packing to come home and something had chewed holes in one of our tops! Overall the family enjoyed the hot tub and pooltable.

Nice, needs upgrades

Nice house, clean. Slept 8 comfortably. however the hot tub barely fit 4, there were 7 forks and dining room table sat 4. Only two kithcen towels, no pot holders, no can opener. These items may sound silly, BUT If the home sleeps 8, the needs of 8 should be met. NO WIFI, bad cell service. We had to call for hot tub maintenance, it was dirty and jets weren't working properly. The jets never worked properly all week. Will not stay at this cabin/house again.

Fantastic location, easy access to Pigeon Forge (15 min) and Gatlinburg (35 min), very peaceful area with nice amenities. Of note, there is no wifi in the cabin and cell service is very spotty, we recommend this cabin for a great family getaway.

The cabin was beautiful.

Everything was good, except the driveway had a bad washout on the edge if you didn’t know the drive way, there’s about a 11/2 ft washout in the curve of the driveway.
