cabin was perfect! it was amazing for our family. neighborhood was quite and made for amazing evening walks to see wild rabbits, turkeys, we heard bears but much to my sons sadness didnt see them. in short it was well worth trip

The check in process was easy, the house was clean and had plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy space or time together! There were plenty of plates, bowls and utensils as well as cooking pans, pots etc. all the beds are very comfortable (6 total) shower pressure is great as well. I will say the jacuzzi tub will run out of hot water before filling all the way up so we would fill half way and wait 30 to fill the rest. Hot tub was hot and relaxing (made for 4 people) *bring some beach towels for the hot tub so you have some extra towels, as well as a couple extra blankets. THE two way roads are narrow coming onto the road that the cabin is on as well as when you are leaving, go slow and pay attention 50% of the time the other car will move but the other half will crowd you getting by so be aware.There were some cosmetic things we noticed, knobs loose, and atleast one door knob was wiggly, a hole in the deck on the side of the hot tub and some chipped paint.the whole house thermostat was so so. But these things were addressed and told to the host who said they will be fixing these things. They did NOT affect our stay what so ever. It’s about 30 min to Pigeon Forge and 30 min to Gatlinburg, there’s an amazing coffee/bakery down the road about 4 mins called The Heavenly Roast. We ordered groceries to be delivered from Publix but you can order from Kroger or even the small grocery store down the street! We would definitely come back and stay again!

Not much of a mountain view. The beds are too high for people of 68to climb into.you should not need to use a step stool to get in a bed. And the window shades were broke and laying in a clothes hamper. No tv guide we could not figure out the tv

property was very clean, has a very nice jacuzzi, didn't use the one in the bathroom, the one outside was very nice. all in all very clean will maintained, beds were awesome, but my suggestion would be for any one that is handicapped need a outside ramp for clients to wheel there scooters up on the porch, if the person doesn't have one or left portable at home. also a steep stool so the can get into the bed. outside of this the place was excellent.

Awesome summer vacation

This cabin was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood not too far from town, but far enough away to enjoy the amazing scenery! Very clean and host kept checking on us to make sure everything was up to standards.

To say we were happy with the cabin is an understatement. It was gorgeous and clean. And the host communicated fully and quickly during our stay if we had any questions. It is in a safe and quiet neighborhood but close to all the best attractions. We hope to be back again!

Refreshing home town feel

Nice neighborhood in a valley that’s centrally located to numerous destinations within the park. The house was a very nice retreat after spending the day on the trails. Nice kitchen, bathrooms, laundry back deck and living room. We were able to cook dinner as a family and wash our clothes as if we were home. We have visited this area numerous time and this stay was the most comfortable spot we have found. Would recommend.

Smokies cabin

Very quiet and clean. Great location for visiting the national park. Especially appreciated the coat hooks and shoe cubbies in the entryway. Plenty of storage space too. It was easy to work with this efficient host.

As Pictured - would stay again (I'm very picky)

Overall i would stay at this property again. Excellent communication from the property manager and the home was as pictured. Its one of the cleanest places we have stayed so i was pleasantly surprised as my cleanliness expectations are crazy high. There were a few issues that we easily addressed on our own, stains on sheets on the twin bed in the side room, residue on kitchen island counter, and a couple of small spots on the kitchen floor. There were some webs above the bathroom light fixtures that we tried to just ignore. There was 1 issue that we involved the property manager, it was rememdied the same day. I would recommend bringing beach towels if you want to get in the hot tub as there are only towels for the bathrooms. The house is in the hills of the mountain so its a bit of a drive to Pigeon Forge...not too far but its not a quick 5 minutes either. Stop at Kroger on your way in, you may not want to drive back down the mountain on the first night. We did have a visit from a mama and baby bear, they scattered quickly with a little noise. There is no gate on one side of the porch. I feel like we got the full mountain and Pigeon Forge experience while we were there.
