The host, Justin, has thought of everything for this rental. We stayed for Thanskgiving and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, plus more! Huge yard for the dogs, the beds were comfy, the towels felt luxurious, and there was even a cabinet for the pets! Justin was super responsive to my messages and we would definitely stay here again.

We loved this house and the location. The house was very open and with the 4 bedrooms all having king beds, it was very nice. The basement was awesome and our kids loved it!

Very clean! Great accommodations!

Close to Parkway but still a secluded area with yard for dogs. Lots of room for everyone. Provided all the extra little things for dogs. Really goes above and beyond to provide a great time for guests by providing all kitchen, bathroom extras you may need and anything you can think of is there to use. Wonderful game room! We felt so welcome and comfortable!

Great retreat !

Beautiful and perfect place to bring your family! Everything we needed to use to cook was there. Kitchen table was big enough for the whole family to sit and enjoy! The kids never got bored! The basement was the best part we’ve enjoyed during our stay for the kids and the adults! Looking forward to coming back again!

Perfect place to stay near Pigeon Forge

I honestly can’t say enough great things about this house. It was perfect for our family. It has plenty of space and is well equipped with everything you will need. The downstairs game room and hot tub gave our family endless hours of fun. There was a big yard that was the perfect place to walk our dogs. The host, Justin, was phenomenal. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to rent from Justin again!!

Excellent in all areas! Book now, no need to look any further

For our dog, there was a cabinet of leashes, dog dishes, toys, etc. a great and large welcome basket full of snacks and treats. Basement was great for Movie nights and game activities. The hosts replaced the front row of cinema seats for a large L-Shaped couch for great comfort, not shown in listing photos when we booked. The outside upper viewing area was great, comfortable and very relaxing. Proximity to Pigeon Forge was exceptional and easy at <7 mins to the main area. Justin was exceptional responsive and wanted our stay to be superior to any others and it definitely was.

Amazing house - Great getaway

First, Justin answers any questions or concerns that you have right away. It was so refreshing to have answers to our questions way in advance of our stay. He was very accommodating to our requests. Second, the house was amazing. It was very clean and had everything that we needed to cook a Thanksgiving dinner. The kids loved the special touches like the popcorn and popcorn maker. They enjoyed the large game room. Our dogs loved the large flat yard. It was nice to have a place to play with them. This is a house we would definitely stay at again.

PERFECT in every way! GREAT location !

We had an amazing trip and enjoyed this home very much! It was clean, well equipped (best kitchen we have ever had in pigeon forge! ) with appropriate dinner, glass and cooking ware and SO MUCH MORE!! The location of the home is also our favorite - it took just 5 minutes to the island or all the popular eats etc.. of pigeon. Just a couple minutes to grocery store and shopping! Justin was a 10star host - they are on the A-Team for every part of the stay....from communication - hospitality - cleanliness - and they have thought of everything! Very well organized and clear on how to use everything etc.... LOVE IT!!! Thank you for a lovely stay! We hope to visit again in the future!

Home away from Home

Our family of 10 felt right at home at Escapin' 9 to 5. The host's hospitality was outstanding. He was easy to reach and communicated clearly. He was both accommodating and thoughtful. This host strived to make our experience exceptional, and he succeeded. The accommodations were exactly as represented. The place was loaded with activities to keep all ages engaged. The property was well kept, conveniently located, kitchen extremely well stocked, beds and baths comfortable, and ample outdoor space for enjoying vistas and yard games. I would not hesitate to rent this property again!

Wonderful Summer week in Tennessee!!

We loved the house and used every little amenity available to us!!! We are a 4 generation family with ages ranging from 4-72 and we all had something fun to do in this house!! Perfect location just a few minutes from the hustle and bustle of the parkway, but a quiet home setting with room to play outside and dining great for both inside and outside!! Justin is a wonderful and very responsive host!! He was so helpful and we will recommend this home to all our family and friends heading to the Pigeon Forge area!!! We will be back!!! Great experience!!!

Perfect well-stocked House for a group!

Booking this property was the best decision of our entire vacation! From the moment we booked, the owner Justin was amazing at communicating with me. He responded quickly. The house was fantastic! Everything about this stay said “we are thinking about our guests!” The kitchen is more well stocked than my own (air fryer, cookware, dinnerware, utensils, pressure cooker, blender etc), It was perfect for our Thanksgiving week of cooking. The game room/movie room and hot tub were the icing on the cake, and well used by our group of 9. The house was so large we could spend time together, but also find spaces inside and out (on the beautiful decks/porches) to be alone for peaceful rest. The bedrooms were a good size, and mattresses were comfortable. We said many times “this place was the best thing about our vacation”. You will not be disappointed if you book Escapin 9 to 5.

I hope this helps anyone looking for a (non breed specific pet inclusive getaway). This house is perfect for a large group or family. With 4 bedrooms upstairs, bunk beds downstairs, but also plenty of other space for relaxing or to spread out and have separation. Also perfect for having some game or movie watching and family time downstairs. They even left snacks downstairs in the mini kitchen for movie watching time! We stayed here for New Years and were close to Pigeon Forge attractions, grocery and shopping. But also could avoid most of the high traffic by taking all the back and side streets to get around. The house is out on some winding roads and curves but not terrible if you take it slow. It is up a slight hill but not on the side of a cliff or something you couldn’t drive up with front wheel drive. The house and property is clean, smells amazing, with updated appliances, towels and bedding. Nothing that looks borrowed or worn out. The floors are just beautiful! We loved how the rooms were themed to Dolly Parton movies. The furniture and beds are super comfortable. We all had no issues sleeping in! Also, I have never stayed in a VRBO that was this well stocked! They provided us with everything we needed for the stay for cooking, laundry, shower, plenty of blankets, clean up and even instructions for how to operate every amenity in the house. Everything is also labeled! The host is quick to get back to you with any questions or concerns. Just book it!

My family had a very positive experience. The property owners earned a five stars rating. Upon check-in, we were impressed with the level of detail and forethought that went into making this a great stay. Nearly everything we could possibly imagine was provided such as a complete array of kitchen items (plates, cups, trays, coffee fitters, dishwasher tabs, food storage containers, food storage bags, toothpicks and birthday candles). There were instructions on how to operate various the electrical items and the light switches in the living room and kitchen were labeled. The bedding and bathrooms were great. The chairs and seating on the front porch were great. There were a few minor drawbacks: The kitchen cabinets were a bit overstocked with cups, plates, and utensil such that we had to move things aside to store our groceries. The landscaping outside the house needed some attention. But these were minor and did not affect the overall quality of the stay.
