It had potential but fell REALLY short.
Check in 4pm. Finally-6:30pm I was able to reach the owner after 3msgs, 2calls & calling the ER # who told me there was an error. They called another cleaner and we finally got into the house at 9:45pm. Needless to say, there was no welcome basket and not restocked (5 coffee pods total). Trash was overflowing outside & the hot tub was green & smelled like a pond. I told them we didn't have enough towels & was assured we would get more. We got back that night and there was toilet paper and paper towels, but no bath towels. Owner told me I should do laundry. Really?! We decided we had to, however, there was only an empty detergent bottle. Family of 6, for 4 days had 6 small/thin (not luxurious as advertised) towels, 3 standard hand towels, and 7 wash clothes. 3 new/unwashed towels arrived day 3 of 4 and we couldn't wash them. I asked the morning of day 2 for ice or ice trays. Day 3 of 4, we got ice trays. Hot tub was cleaned day 2, (as a hot tub owner-no way we were getting in it for at least 24 hours after that cleaning.) Toiletries are advertised - my advice BRING YOUR OWN. They had watered down already cheap brands. The sheets/ beds were nicest part. They refunded 1 night and 1st meal. We still sorely overpaid. Only reason we didn't leave-we could not get a hotel. I only wish I could attach pics. I expect owner to dispute this based on other replies to lower reviews. My advice, take heed. Low reviews are 99% accurate. We do not recommend this property.
